This is a very long overdue review. I placed an order with San Marino Flowers for my grandmother's birthday a couple years ago as I was out of state at the time. I believe there was a problem with her delivery, but one of the very sweet ladies at this flower shop went out of her way to personally deliver the flowers to my grandmother's house and ensure that she received them on the day of her birthday! It was one of the kindest things and she truly went above and beyond! I didn't get her name, but if you're reading this, thank you so much!

I've used this flower shop on numerous occasions, and I've never been disappointed. Sure, I could pick up cheaper arrangements at the local grocery store, but you get what you pay for... poor quality and just ordinary. With this boutique, your recipient will be wowed and feel the love that came when you ordered it.

I can't recommend this florist. Ordered an expensive bouquet that died within 72 hours when it was received at the door and was displayed for dinner in air conditioning. Will not return, cannot recommend.

I can't recommend this florist. Ordered an expensive bouquet that died within 72 hours when it was received at the door and was displayed for dinner in air conditioning. Following my posting on Yelp I was harassed by the owner. Before I reviewed I reached out to the owner and then suddenly once I posted I was contacted immediately with a long email lecturing me about flower care. The bouquet died in less than 72 hours, then harassment followed. I have emails to show. I wish I had taken a photo of the flowers. It was everything in the bouquet, not only the hydrangeas. The roses, amaranthus and eucalyptus. How does eucalyptus do that? How do roses die in 72 hours? Will not return, cannot recommend.

Ordered a $100 arrangement for Mother's Day and it was not even the quality you get from Vons for $30. I asked why the roses were so poor and I was told that they can't get good flowers due to covid. If that's the case then why charge full price? I said oh well and brought them home. My wife opens the card and it's blank. So low quality flowers and terrible attention to detail. The card put me over the edge and I called to complain. I was immediately cutoff and told they will give me a full refund if I return the flowers. I said that I actually would just like 50% refunded but she would not agree to that. So I wonder if they reused the flowers I returned. I did get my full refund but left empty handed on Mother's Day weekend. Was able to buy better Flowers at Vons so not sure about this supposed shortage of quality roses. Very disappointing.

I ordered flowers through 1800flowers for a LARGE standing spray for a funeral service that I was unable to attend. The order was sent to San Marina Flowers Boutique to fulfill the order. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! My total with all the processing and delivery fee was closed to $290.00. However, the arrangement that was received was ridiculous! It was not worth nearly $50!
