“These ladies were amazing, I had an emergency situation where I needed to have my Dogs orthopedic lift harness repaired. He had broken both of his front legs and managed to chew through his harness. It was the only way I could lift him and it wasn't something that I could just go out and buy another one as it had to be special ordered. The alterations were backed up for almost 2 weeks, and I told them my situation, they called me the next day, and it was ready! I was so touched that they did this for me, I am so grateful, and will never forget their kindness. Thank you!”

“I have been coming here for over a decade and this place is my go to Laundry spot. I love their big machines for washing my comforters/blankets and/or when l have been procrastinating all of the clothes that have piled up in my laundry bags. What makes this place exceptional is their fluff and fold. This is what I use now. The clothes are weighed and you pay based on the weight. I get the weariness of having someone wash your clothes and especially your undergarments, but when you do not have two to three hours to spend doing laundry this is a great option and value. Your mileage may differ.”

“This is my go to laundromat for the past 6 years, its honestly the cleanest and the most friendly environment in highland park. Ive gone to almost all the laundromats in my area & this is by far the best in all aspects. The hours are from 6am-10pm, last wash load is at 9:30pm. Its safe, free wifi, bathroom, vend machines (snack, drink, & soap), parking is easy, even to grab a bite next door. Honestly I think I come here because of the laundromat lady, who is a total sweet heart. Always greets me and ask about how I'm doing. For all those bad reviews on here, its obvious you are all just a bunch of racist jerks. The laundromat isn't a 24 hr service, so dont be coming to wash literally right at closing time.”

“I used to come here before the fire that shut most of that corner of the plaza down for some years. They reopened under new management and as this place is probably the biggest newest and nicest laundry in town it can get busy. I try to come midweek if I have a random day off but expect it to be quite the mission if you come anytime from Friday night to Monday night. Reasonably priced soaps/bags and I have used the fluff and fold service as well , comes in very handy when time does not permit. Tip the workers ! They appreciate it !”

“My washing machine at home broke. I put off doing laundry as long as I could. Found Superior Laundry through a google search. A great place to do laundry! Helpful, friendly, clean and safe. I bought a $60 laundry card, was given a $7.50 bonus. Left 2 hours later after doing 18 loads of laundry with $31 still on my card. They even have a laundry service where they will wash and dry your clothes for you. Very tempting to try next time! I highly recommend this business!”

“When we moved to the neighborhood 19 years ago, we tried dry cleaners along the Huntington Drive corridor. We started with the then coupons and cheapest, only for multiple items (on first visits) to get lost or damaged and/or returned with an unpleasant odor. We finally turned to Windsor. Since they do all cleaning/laundering in-house, less chance of loss was our hope. And, they've never lost (nor misplaced) one of our pieces - from shirts, blouses, dresses/gowns, skirts, pants to table linens, bedding and rugs. They've also done emergency alterations for us. [Once shirts were (we thought) losing cuff buttons due to the cleaning process, but it was US smashing sleeves in the old closet door!] Windsor has been consistently reliable, timely, and kind in our experiences and interactions.”
