I've always enjoyed shopping at J. McLaughlin in San Marino, CA -- there is always lovely, high-quality clothing to purchase and the staff is FIRST-RATE! Recently, I needed an item for a trip and LISA was able to locate the very last one available in the entire company. LISA had it over-night shipped and I was able to bring the piece with me on my travels. Now that is OUTSTANDING customer service -- over and above! I highly recommend J. MacLaughlin in San Marino and working with LISA is always a pleasure!
