Heatherbloom is one of the most special/unique boutiques I’ve ever shopped. I can honestly say that I wear everything I buy from Michelle over and over again. I’ve been shopping at Heatherbloom for at least seven years. I come to the LA/Pasadena/San Marino area from the East Coast about ten times a year and can’t wait to visit Michelle each visit. I always come home w/many treasures. A San Marino treasure.

Adorable boutique on Mission Street. It's much bigger than it looks. Once entering, we were greeted by Michelle and Sam, lovely ladies ! The selection of apparel is really nice, classy and stylish. We had babies and the dog with us but definitely will return to shop. That white linen blouse was an absolute winner... they receive shipments often so definitely make it a point to go there.

I really have nothing new to add to the other (all but one positive) reviews. I first ventured into Heatherbloom after dropping off some items at the cleaners next door. Initially, I was somewhat intimidated because some of the merchandise is very pricey. But, as I looked around, I found other garments that were quite affordable. I do my best when I scrounge around through sale items. Just last weekend, I was able to find three very nice cotton tops and a pair of warm, fuzzy slippers, all at greatly reduced prices. I have NEVER been treated rudely, no matter who's minding the store. Sure, when there are other people there, they might not be hovering over me, but that's what I like. I don't need someone following around, suggesting that every single item in the store is just what I need. Been there, done that, won't go back to places like that. When I want help, I ask for it. If they're busy with someone else, I wait. In other words, I'm not into being a diva because I don't believe that anyone has the right to be. To me, Heatherbloom is a lovely, privately-owned small shop with quality women's clothes and more (like the ring I bought myself for Christmas). And that suits me just fine.

I love shopping at Heatherbloom because it's a welcoming and friendly store. It's relaxed and the owner is amazing at helping you find clothes to fit your style. They will never tell you something looks good on you that doesn't and will never push you to make a purchase. I love popping in for a birthday gift or a new dress!

LOVE, LOVE Heatherbloom!! what a fun place to go too and shop. I feel totally at home at this place. I always walk out with a big smile on my face and some good finds. Michelle is so much fun to be around and I never feel pressured in buying anything. Her merchandise is very nice and the materials are of good quality and very comfortable. As well are the choices for somebody of my age. Not easy to find good items, that look good and are not to boring for my age. So glad that I found Heatherbloom two years ago!

I first met Michelle when she was running a little lingerie shop off an alley near Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena. I'll never forget the first day I met her. She had Cesaria Evora playing on the stereo and racks of the gorgeously elaborate bras by La Perla and simply elegant undergarments by Hanro. She always had great recommendations on lingerie and other things too -- like restaurants, shoe repairmen, eyebrow groomers. After the big chain stores forced all the mom and pops to give up their spaces along Colorado Blvd., Michelle held trunk shows for her devoted customers. So nice now that she has another place of her own, this time on lovely Mission Street in San Marino.

I got on yelp today to specifically write a review about this great store and the really lovely vibe there is at the store. Here's what I love about the store: a great mixture of high and low cost items-but all are nice quality, the clothes is what a stylish mom about town wears -comfy but cool, it's a great place to get gifts, and there are lots of sales. Here's what I love about the owner: she has a bubbly, happy, personality and truly seems to love her customers and her job. I am not a big shopper, so this was only my third time going in three years, and she remembered me and made me feel like an old friend. She is happy and helpful, with great energy. Every shop owner should be like her.

Please don't whip open the dressing room curtain when I'm between outfits and topless. Please don't make me feel like I must buy that dress that you like, but I feel is too short. Please let me browse without steamrolling me with questions. And, lastly, please don't scowl when I thank you for your irritating service. This is how the owner treats customers? I most definitely will not return to this overbearing store. Regarding the merchandise, it was cookie cutter and bland. There are decent designers (the refinery, joes, cosabella) but only the dull pieces from the lines. I
