The owner of this business is not reputable at all and does not honor his word or pay his bills. He gets things from vendors and then refuses to pay for the items. Avoid this business.

David Orgell is synonymous with the early days of Beverly Hills - the golden age of the 1950s. Mr. Orgell himself was British and had a penchant for the finer things. When he passed in 1987 the company was sold. The Soltani family took the torch and ran with it, carrying forward the tradition of luxury, creating one of our absolute favorite boutiques of all time. It is a treasure trove of delightful gifts - relics of great beauty, exquisite detail, everything you would hope for.The store is now in the fabulous community of San Marino, and we can honestly say no matter where you live in the LA area, it is well worth your drive. Excellence, quality, beauty - these are the things that come to mind when we think of Orgell. And all those years, over a decade, of our kids growing up in front of the store on Two Rodeo. So many memories, and as someone said, the Best is Yet to Come! Long live the legendary Orgell!!

Love this place! It’s across the street from my chiropractor where I go once a week and sometimes I window shop and stop for an espresso nearby. I wandered in when something in the window caught my eye and I’m glad I did. Found a couple very reasonable little chotchkies and a couple splurges( a gorgeous, ornate, heavy enamel hannukiah in green, florals and crystals!!)… I was impressed with his variety and quality and Korosh was friendly and provided excellent customer service… he gave me a great recommendation for a new coffee shop down the street and even made me an espresso while I waited for him to package my purchases since the next door coffee shop was closed! I look forward to swinging through in the future… thanks Korosh!

Never set a foot in the USA but this place interests me because, this is the real-life location of the Vangelico Jewelry Store which was robbed in the game Grand Theft Auto V!

Heavenly oasis on a beautiful street where the shop keeper is just happy you are in the store. The merchandise is pricey and beautiful.

I’ve been both shopping and window shopping since the store, David Orgell, first opened. I have always been given the space to look around with no pressure at all to purchase anything. When I’ve come back to make a purchase only to find out the item I wanted had sold, Korosh has gone out of his way to reorder or find something as close to what I was looking for as possible on more than one occasion. He sells beautiful keepsakes that start at around $25. His antiques are in excellent condition, of course! Korosh has curated the finest collection of absolutely beautiful merchandise at varying price points. The above is an understatement. What I love best about David Orgell is Korosh’s exceptionally appointed store, which imho is the perfect place to go when shopping for the person you think has everything. When you’ve found the perfect gift they will wrap it for you with the David Orgell signature style. Very classy indeed. Thank you so much for your help and guidance when I’ve needed it.

This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Like another reviewer said, Karosh is a trickster. He's a slick salesman, but he doesn't follow through. I purchased 48 pieces of crystal from him in May, was promised delivery in July, and didn't receive the merchandise I paid for until end of September. And even then, 12 pieces of crystal had been "misplaced" and I had to ask for a refund. Karosh said he'd deliver them when he found them, but I haven't heard from him. Between end of July and end of September, I was chasing Karosh to deliver what I paid for. I had ongoing text and phone exchanges with Karosh where he gave me every excuse in the book as to why my crystal wasn't being delivered--his stock girl put in the order wrong, he hurt his back, he had an allergic reaction, the merchandise was in his wife's car, the manufacturer sent him the wrong style (which he still delivered to me without checking it), a guy in his shop put some of the merchandise in his dad's car so he could only deliver the partial order...on and on ending in the missing champagne glasses that had to be refunded. I'm honestly confused at why it was so difficult to deliver on this order. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. I regret the time and energy that I wasted here.

This shop is no longer located in Rodeo Drive. Took a trip down specifically to visit and they are no where to be seen.

I had a great experience and conversation with the owner and really have been enjoying my Speedometer Official bravely purchase and he Sterling Silver frame from David Orgell. They have some really cool selections here and I will be back to shop again! Thank you!

Love this store, my mom shopped at the store in Beverly Hills for over forty years. The staff was always professional and knowledgeable.

I brought a Baume and Mercier watch to Korosh for standard maintenance. The watch was sent to the facility in Texas and I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I called Korosh after 8 weeks and he said it would be longer. This went on for approximately 6 more weeks and he kept putting me off. Eventually he said he had the watch and would ship it to me. When it arrived the box was empty! Korosh had no explanation. I visited him at his shop in San Marino and after fumbling for an explanation for a while he went into the back room and produced a watch. Unfortunately, it wasn't mine. I took matters into my own hands and contacted the repair facility. It turns out they had the watch the entire time but Korosh never bothered to check. Instead he misled me into thinking he had it. After some haggling he agreed to refund the repair cost of $530 to me. It is now three months after we reached that agreement and I haven't received the payment. I've called him several times and he has assured me I will have the money "by the end of the week". This man is a dishonest con artist. I would highly recommend finding another place to buy your jewelry and gifts and steer clear of this huckster.

We have been shopping for gifts at David Orgell's for years at their Beverly Hills store. There is no better place for birthday, anniversary, wedding or graduations gifts. So excited they now have a store right next to Julienne's!

Happened by this newly opened David Orgell right next to Juliennes right here on Mission Street. Met the owner Korosh who was very helpful and friendly during his "soft opening". He allowed me to enter to see what he had so far on display! Just beautiful home items from scotch glasses to fantastic silverware! More are coming on display!. Found these beautiful Hermès valet trays that I just had to have! Korosh was nice enough to let me purchase them and be their official "first sale"! Congratulations on the grand opening and I'll be back again!!!!
