For the last 5 years (and counting), I had the immense pleasure of training at an extraordinary gym that has completely transformed my fitness journey. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with such a knowledgeable, motivating, and inspiring group of trainers.From day one, it was evident that the trainers not only had a passion for fitness but also a deep understanding of the human body and how to achieve optimal results. Their dedication to my success was unwavering, and their continuous support keeps me motivated throughout my fitness journey.I wholeheartedly recommend this gym without any hesitation. Like everyone else, after lockdown I needed to get back to the gym. Unfortunately my old gym had closed, but luckily I found 626 Strength & Conditioning. Owner Pam & her team of coaches always greet you by name and with a smile. They are excellent at assessing your abilities and tailoring the day's workout to your needs. The classes are small so you you don't get lost in the crowd, and that ensures you're doing the exercises correctly. At xx years old I'm in my best shape ever!

I only have a few days in LA, We came to ask and cannot directly drop in, we were asked to sign up for a free trial class the next day which is reasonable. We booked and waited for the next day. As soon as we arrived the coach said that they no longer have few trial so they cancelled or reservation and need to pay and book another time. Wasted our time, we could be training somewhere else instead of loosing one of our precious holidays mornings. The place is nice but they need to understand that if they commit a mistake should solve it the best way possible not like that.

Like everyone else after lockdown I needed to get back in the gym, but my previous gym had closed its doors. Luckily I stumbled across 626 Strength & Fitness, located in the heart of beautiful San Marino. 18 months later the changes I see in myself are amazing! I can lift heavy objects, put them down and pick them up...again! (and then put them back down). My coworkers are amazed at my ability to walk into the conference room and hop up on the table as if it were nothing. But it's not just strength training - there are coordination exercises such as jump rope, which we practice a lot.... a lot. The owner, Pam, and all the coaches greet you by name with a cheery smile that belies what they're about to inflict on you. Now, I can go to parties and confidently ask "Guess how much I can bench press?" without fear of being embarrassed....

Supportive and knowledgeable coaches, various time slots for classes, feeling of community and encouragement from other members.Foundation classes at the beginning are good starting option for beginners of CrossFit or fitness in general like me. Coaches will consider your level and alternate different movements for your level and needs.Definitely recommend for people living in 626 areas.

Functional fitness at its finest! CrossFit 626 is a place that not only provides exemplary training and coaching, but a sense of community. Coaches and members alike welcome everyone and provide a supportive, motivating and fun environment to practice fitness. This is a gym that you are eager to come to, where you can challenge yourself and have a whole cheering squad behind you! Not only do the team of coaches take interest in your physical well-being, they also help all members develop a sense of mental well being and teach sustainability and healthy lifestyle changes that help you achieve your personal goals. OMG I absolutely love this place! I've been training with Coach Pam for a little over a year and I have put on 5 pounds of muscle and gotten leaner and stronger and more confident in myself and my abilities. I'm only 5 feet tall and DEEP into my 50s so that means a lot for me. And if you're wondering how I know how much muscle I've gained it's because they have one of those body composition measuring machine thingys. When I first started out I was really nervous. I hate exercising. It's boring and time consuming. I mean I guess it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but not by much. So I knew I was going to have to pay someone to kick my bum for me since I'm too lazy to do it myself. For me, this is SO worth the investment.All of the trainers are great here. I work mostly with Pam, who I love. Most of the time. But I've worked with other trainers as well and everyone is great. Except for Victor, who has terrible taste in music. (JK Victor I love you!) All the coaches are super supportive and have really pushed me to achieve my best. I am constantly improving.CrossFit 626 is a real community. I really feel like the coaches and clients are so connected. Last Christmas they hosted a holiday party and it was so nice! I have belonged to a number of gyms in the past and none has provided this kind of experience, where the coaches really take a personal interest in YOU and your goals. And this is true not just for private coaching clients but also for people attending regular classes. I seriously doubt you would find this at the average chain-store gym.Thank you CF626!

In my 70s, I have never felt more physically capable in my life. The trainers at 626 have helped me gain flexibility and strength to be able to perform my daily chores. I have also felt a significant improvement in my endurance and speed in my badminton games. I’m encouraged to maintain my progress to live a fulfilling life.If you’re older like me, start now. Just go in and talk to a trainer, they’re very helpful.
