I recently got a phone call from this branch from a banker named Christina. She had given me a call regarding my account and started to ask me to verify myself when she was the one who called me. I asked her if she was trying to sell me a product and she refused to let me know until I verified myself. I decided to call another branch to verify there were nothing wrong with my accounts which they confirmed nothing was wrong and that they knew there was a girl named christina working there. I called the branch back asking to speak to a manager, but Christina picked up again. I told her that I wanted to speak to her manager which she said he was not available. I then asked her if she was trying to selling me something again which she then finally admitted that she saw an opportunity in my accounts and was trying to offer a product. I told her why did she not just tell me that when I asked if she was trying to sell me something? What are you verifying from me that couldn't just tell me what product you are selling? Horrible sales pitch and experience. Caused me grief that I had to call another branch to verify my accounts were okay.

The bankers there are extremely nice, especially the supervisor, love how helpful the staff are.

I really like this location they're super sweet and clean. It's never crowded , and they're very helpful whenever I need anything. Not much to say other than that :) lol

Can't believe this bank 1) first when we got inside no one say hello anything 2) there is no people at front was waiting 2-3min till someone assist us . 3) I told lady I need Quarter Roll she said they don't have any so come back tomorrow . WHAT KINND BANK doest have O Quarter Roll? They said they have only $2 to five me . 4) they don't appreciate custmer Bad bank I want to see what kind manager they have
