A full service computer store sales and service. The staff is well trained in the field of technology. Their prices are competitive. The sells all types of desktops and laptop computer. They will build computers made to order. There is a separate section for gaming computers. I upgrade my laptop from a 500 GB to 1TB. The external SSD hard drive didn't transfer all the files to the new Hard Drive. A message appeared on the screen there was no bootable drive. I had a night light out town. I dropped my laptop off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. W11 was running and there were other errors.

I wanted to upgrade my PC, but didn't want to build it myself this time. I generated a parts list and brought to to Alice Computerworks. They were open to matching the prices I found online for the parts plus another $250 for building and testing. I find this pricing to be very reasonable. Next week my PC was ready for pick up. Jude walked me through the build, including showing off their cable management and relevant software for AIO, lighting, etc. Everything looked great. I have been using my new PC for a couple of weeks now and haven't had any issues. Derek was welcoming and Jude was detailed and honest about the computer build process. If you want a gaming PC and don't know how or don't want to build one, Alice Computerworks is a great option.

What a phenomenal service to the community! The technicians and managers at Alice Computerworks provide professional and honest feedback to guide computer repairs and purchases. As an educator, the manager honored Apple's education discount program and Jay made sure my device was ready to use! I have been buying Apple products for over 2 decades at Apple stores and I assert with confidence that Alice Computerworks has comprehensive and outstanding customers service.

Alice Computerworks (ACW) installed eight outside security cameras and a network video recorder in my father's house nine years ago. The system was well-installed, with cables hidden in the attic, and has worked without interruption--even if my father never bothered to learn how to review historical video. Recently, the video quality of one of the cameras became degraded. I called ACW to learn my repair options and to learn how to set up the video recorder to see the video on an Android phone and a Windows PC. The right resource at ACW was busy, so I left my contact information. A couple hours later, Jude called me back. Jude was knowledgeable and pleasant, explaining how to see the video remotely. Jude explained that his policy was honest work: good service at a fair price. Jude scheduled Stanley to come by the house the next day to diagnose the camera issue. Stanley was smart and articulate, performed his diagnosis, and scheduled a time the following week to return with a replacement camera (having given me the options for replacing the camera). Jude communicated the (very reasonable) cost of the repair...9 years after original installation. Stanley returned as promised and installed a replacement camera which, not surprisingly, provides better video than the other cameras. I recommend ACW for all your security camera needs and am now considering upgrading the entire system in the next year. The world needs more businesses like ACW.

They fixed my partner's PC! Had to replace the motherboard due to bad electrical at our old apartment frying it. Price was fair. These guys were so nice love the customer service here.

This is a great place for your IT needs, from buying a computer to network setup etc. I got service from different technician there and I have to give a thumb up for everything they did for me. I ordered a brand new desktop from Lenovo but they gave me a better solution for my home office purpose. The owner Andrew helped me with setting up a server type system and upgraded my laptop for future use. He explained patiently the hardware, setup of the system, the backup, software license and so much more. The price of the hardware is very reasonable and they don’t rip you off by suggesting something not necessary. If you’re a small business owner without IT in-house, they are your best solution.

If you are having any type of computer problem, take your device to Alice Computerworks. My late model PC laptop crashed with an incredibly high potential of losing all my data. As a doctoral student, the thought of losing all my work & reaserch, besides personal files was all consuming and devastating. (Unfortunately, I had not given much thought to using cloud service for storing my data.)The staff was so helpful. Alex assured me they would give it their best to recover everything on my computer...a tall order! They were able to recover everything! When I arrived at the store, Jay educated me on the understanding external hard drives and got all my data transferred. He also showed me how to access my data from the external hard drive when using my new laptop. They were patient with me and helped me avert a complete disaster. If you need PC service, take your computer to Alice Computerworks. You will be glad you did! I highly recommend them. I thank God for their expertise.
