Excellent place to see BUTTERFLIES! There are several hosted here in the area between the park and the adjacent middle school. The type of butterfly most often seen is Monarch butterflies, but in the spring and summer many other species can be seen including: Gulf Fritillary, Yellow and Orange Sulfur, Swallowtails, Cabbage White, Azures and Tailed Blue, Skippers, Buckeye, and Painted Lady.

Overall had a good time. The slide was closed for repair and the diving board and kid pool was close because of chemical issues. They had an obstacle course which saved the day. Plus it wasn't super busy.

My kids love playing at the pool in the summer! Feels safe and the staff is friendly. Totally worth getting a pass if you love nearby.

Love going to this pool! Super clean and lots of space to sit and lounge and for swimming. I have gone to a few of the local community pools and have to say this is my favorite. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the facilities and pool are always super clean! Fridays are fun when they have the inflatable obstacle course that my daughter always enjoys. The lifeguards there are all very nice and friendly, too! And they are all respectful and do a great job! Although the water slide is currently closed for repairs this season, we are happy to still be able to use the pool. They have the most space for recreational swimming compared to the other community pools I have been to, in my opinion. You can swim freely without having to dodge people every few feet. Other families that come to enjoy this pool have all been nice and friendly, too! My daughter had made friends every time we have gone and the first time she went on the inflatable obstacle course, the kids even cheered her on to help her overcome being a little nervous. She will never forget that moment when they cheered her on ? not only is this pool closer to where we live, we also don’t have to question if the sun is out or not, because it’s more inland compared to the other pools, and usually tend to be overcast more so than not ?

Pools were clean and well maintained. There were several different Pools, swimming, diving, and wading. Life guards on duty.
