I met my beloved spider we love eachother but we are still together and we have two kids they are together and they eat feet for breakfast together we are a beautiful power couple and family they have a lot of love for us and they are very close to each other we have been together for years I mean centuries

School is the worst school in San Marcos. Don't really like to put schools down but they don't return calls or email you back. I tried numerous times to register my son and still never heard anything . The principal and assistant principal are jokes. I have my buddies who are sheriffs they wouldn't recommend sending there kids there. They find drugs and have lots of fights with no consequences. Trust me don't go here

This is the worst school you could ever attend. Not only are the staff extremely rude but they are racist as well. The principal here is a joke and the school district should really get a handle on him. He talks down to students and acts as if they're his grown age arguing with them. I hope they read this review and get their acts together. Bailey, one of the students there, has constantly bullied another student there. She has harassed her, called her a b****, and worst of all tried to fight her. This Bailey girl, has been suspended several times for vaping on school property and has been caught with drugs several times. Even after she returns from her suspensions she still vapes in the bathrooms around other kids might I add. However, with all this info she is still able to attend her 8th grade promotion. For bullying and drugs? Kids take their lives for bullying and this school has done NOTHING about Bailey. She should be expelled but she isn't because of ignorance and favoritism. Maybe this review will get the attention it deserves. I attended WPMS for 2 1/2 years in 2013 and clearly quality staff has gone down over the years. Do better as a school and a community.EDIT: MR CHAVEZ is the WORST principal of all time!!!! He needs to get a grip. I promise you I will not rest until something is done where is he is demoted. What a shame to be such an awful person to kids.

I used to appreciate this school. I attended this school years ago and made some of my best memories here. However, after learning recent of recent events that have transpired here I have lost all respect for what this school once was. Stories of faculty being disrespectful towards students, favoritism, ignorance, and negligence towards extreme issues have been widespread and need to be addressed. Students have been caught vaping on multiple occasions, verbal bullying that had even turned physical at one point. This happened even after parents had went to the principal complaining about this student. Nothing was done, the parents were ignored and it led to somewhere much worse. I would hope that the principal is made understood the severity of ignoring such problems, with acts of self-harm and teenage suicides being at an all-time high. Please do better woodland park.

This school is a joke and half of the people who work here are racist!! starting with mr Chavez, the assistant principal. I Will be pulling out my child, will not attend last year of middle school at this place. Ever since he came in, it's not the same. Even some staff members can agree how difficult this assistant principal is and how arrogant his attitude is. You see him directing traffic and puts on a front of a nice guy when in reality he's the complete apposite and shouldn't be working with kids. My oldest daughter attended here and it was way different than it is now. They do not return phone calls they take days getting back to you, if they even do at all, and not to mention, in many occasions, there was bullying involved and nothing was done to stop the problem! My child witnessed groups of kids doing drugs in the bathroom multiple times and some got suspended for a day or 2, some didn't at all and they allowed it to continue throughout the school year. Drugs are so common at this school. They should take it more serious but they are lazy, they sweep everything under the rug and pretend it never happened. Bullying should never, Ever be aloud. EVER!! Not from students, and specially not from any staff members! That Chavez guy has no professional experience. I don't know how the district hired him. He is a horrible person and shouldn't be working at any school district. Kids are supposed to feel safe and comfortable at school. Not feel fear or hate the environment they are supposed to be learning in. Coming from a mother, to anyone reading this, please consider other schools because if you feel any type of anger, frustration, or distress in the future by having your child attend this school with this "assistant principal", you will know exactly why I'm putting out this review.

I made friends, lots of them. I really like the band program, I play trombone and when in need of help I ask my fellow players! Everyone here is cool expect the three boys in my 6th period math class, you guys are loud, rude, and weird. Sorry for the mean words but it's true . I really like it here. Pros - mostly nice teachers, not much homework, school dances are okay, I like the Spanish teacher there, she really nice, the grass is never dead, school lunch is good, I think. Idk I just know my friends eat it. Cons- most "popular" students are mean and are an airhead into trendy clothing,but not that one girl in my ela class who's name starts with an A! You go girl!! You really nice, I like you as my friend! Anyways, the last con is that the amount of drama I hear! I like drama and all, but like is very common and it leads to fights sometimes in school grounds. Do it off campus somewhere else. We also had some weed in boy's bathroom once(hopefully just once) and the supervisors took control of the Situation. You can listen to me, someone who's goes there or the other people, idk I never meet them and I'm **not going to be mean with you guys! It's nice. I been going here since 2020. Uhh I don't have much to say other than the fact the one star review was posted during a no on-campus time and it was all online and not face to face or the person was talking the year beforehand about the problem And finally, I posted this on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 at 8:47 Pm Take you for reading this post!

The office staff in the Administration building are friendly and all the teachers I have met here are nice and enjoy working with students. So far only good thoughts.

Lang the technology teacher is the best! My son talks about him all the time on how great his teaching skills are. He's very thorough and informative, while also making it fun and engaging for the kids.

Don't enroll your kids to this school. The principal was notified multiple times about a student being bullied and did nothing to stop it. One incident a group of girls put mud in my daughters hair while recording and and teasing her. When I arrived to pick my daughter up early following the incident they were more concerned about her attendance than her being bullied repeatedly at school. This school is a joke they praise themselves on their anti-bullying policy when in reality they are the real bullies who allow this type of stuff to happen to a CHILD, at a place where she should feel safe and protected. If you care about your kids, take them elsewhere.
