Nicole Durbin at Woodbridge Interiors is fantastic, she greeted us with such a warm positive inviting attitude. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right too the the dinning room chairs. She suggested we take one chair back to my house with fabric swatches to see how it would look and select the fabric that would look best. Done, it looked beautiful. We were interested in a new bedroom set. Once again Nicole came to the house, brought out a color sample of the wood, she measured out the size of the bed with night stands to give me a good idea what it would look like in the room. We ordered the new bedroom set. Nicole was always helpful with a great positive attitude. She is a pleasure to work with, she listens and never pushes anything on you, she knows what you want, that is the artist in her. Nicole is very professional and she represents Woodbridge Interiors in a very professional manner. I have more items to purchase and I will only work with Nicole. Diane Morgan

I have already posted a review and the terrible experience continues. I paid a 50% deposit for an item and was told 2 days later that they could not honor the price it was offered at! To make matters worse, our credit card has been charged the amount and no refund has been issued more than 2 weeks later! Why would the card even be charged if the price was not going to be honored? This is unacceptable to say the least.

We were shopping for a bed and we visit three stores. We entered Woodbridge Interiors and stumbled upon the sales clerk having lunch. We mentioned our intentions and Connie, sales representative, directed us to walk around the store. Connie pointed oyEverything started off nice. Connie changed to high pressure sales. We purchased a floor light, upon inspection when we got to our car, we noticed it had a crack in it. We brought it right back in to the store. Connie was sitting at the front desk. After we told her about the situation , she instructed us to place it on the desk.

Updating my review to note that the manager, Jeff, did contact me today. And by funny coincidence, the swatch finally arrived today. Apparently that swatch was lost in the mail and was returned to the store, they sent it a second time and that is why I received it today. Just would've been nice if someone called me to tell me the reason for the delay of more than 2 weeks. I will continue to do business with them and hope they do better going forward.

Received mailing brochure from new store and drove all the way from Huntington Beach. We were assisted by Shervin who did a wonderful job in helping us decide what type of furniture we needed. She came to our home and took pictures so that she would have a more definite idea of what we needed and sizes. I visited her a second time and began to narrow down the pieces we were interested in. My husband and I returned and selected ALL THE FURNITURE for living room and family room. She has an incredible sense of style and color and worked with us to finalize each item. We walked out extremely satisfied and cannot recommend this new establishment enough. Sam and Sandy D'Amico

Rhonda, the designer is excellent, patient and eager to help.The place to go to for all your needs to furnish your home. Quality sofas including 8 way hand tied premium sofas, leather natuzzi recliners, unique carpets different from your classic major furniture retailers and more...She mentioned on 2 different occasions that she would meet me at the lighting store and would check her schedule, but she never followed up or through with that.

This is in response to Woodbridge's response to my review. I have not 'refused' service. And I have not 'refused' service twice. The tech team came out, and I told them what was wrong with the piece. All they could offer was to level the piece, which would not have solved the cosmetic or manufacturing issues. After I told them that, they shrugged their shoulders and left. That's hardly refusing service. They also gouged my solid maple hardwood floor, and offered to 'rub a little color into it'. The manager said he would schedule another service call so that I can resolve this issue with them, but never did. I had to call and schedule it myself. I'm really curious to see what they think they can do. I have since put dishes in the cabinet, and the top corner is separating. Absolutely not what used to be Stickley quality.

we have received our order about a month late which is better than of the other posts mention. My believe is bad news never gets better with time....Communication is Key to any business relationship. Yes the COVID 19 crunch has been an absolute bear for employers, manufactures and retail business. I am waiting for a call back on a service issue, so depending on what happens, time will tell. My review would normally have been up a star or two. Not sure why I had to call them to schedule delivery when they are the ones that know when it arrived in the warehouse and when delivery can happen.

We recently decorated our family room, and I want to thank Connie from the San Marcos Woodbridge for all of her help. Trying to make multiple decisions about furniture, accessories and fabrics was much easier because she was extremely helpful and very responsive (thank goodness for texting). This was all done during the pandemic, so of course, everything took longer than expected, but it wasn't her fault. We are extremely pleased with the results. Also kudos to the delivery men, who did a great job in hanging a very heavy wall hanging

I just bought a beautiful leather sectional and Tina was the sales representative and she was fantastic. She helped me so much but no pressure of getting what I wanted. She got it delivered to me in record time. Kudos to her and to everyone who works at this store. Then the delivery men did an excellent job. They were so careful and removed a couple of chairs for me and put them in the garage. I couldn't have asked for more professional men. This store is amazing and I would recommend it highly.

Chupei C. While I appreciate the response you are mistaken for thanking me for being patient. I was patient 5 months ago, we are no longer patient. We purchased other furnishings from your competitors including custom chairs, custom couch, dining table, kitchen appliances, none of them took close to 8 months to deliver. I was told by your staff early may, then June, then July, most recent by store manager Jeff early august, now you say early September? I do not for good reason believe you or your team. Feel free to call me directly to discuss options before I take further action, store Manager Jeff has my number, let's talk.

My order was cancelled before the chair materials were even available. The point is not your 72 hour policy, it is your inability to try to reallocate standard chair materials to another customer. The only thing custom about the chairs was the specific fabric which you display in your store. I am sure hundreds of these "custom" chairs have been sold by your store since mine were ordered. You could have helped not only us out, but all the other customers waiting for their chairs. At the very least, you could have deducted the price of the fabric from my $2500 deposit. Nothing had been made when I cancelled the order. Why did you proceed to have them made? Now maybe you can mark them up even more and sell them in your store? People should be thrilled to buy them so they don't have to wait 7 months! And, when you sell them, I'm sure you'll be returning my deposit, right? Many things happen to people in the course of a rough 7 months. I asked for consideration and an exception to your policy because of my circumstances. I asked for this well in advance of the product being made. You are in the business of selling brand new furniture. There was nothing unique or unusual about the chairs that I ordered under the recommendation of your interior designer. It doesn't speak very well for the furniture if you can't sell these brand new chairs off your floor when there is such a delay in ordering anything.
