Towed my car from my parking spot, even though it was registered to park there, went to get my car out and asked to dispute the tow, they guy played stupid and said he will give the number to call after I pay him. So he gave a number to the be local police, which we all know will laugh at the situation. Hope these people get cancer

Watch out they illegally tow cars, like every review says they prey on cars and once they find an easy target they attack, also watch out for all the fake reviews the 5 stars are all employees or fake accounts

Aaron 57 is phenomenal! Mercedes roadside and AAA failed us but Aaron from Western towing saved the day at 3 am after being stranded with a Sheriff escort for over 3 hours. If you want speedy, efficient and friendly service - I hope you get Aaron , he’s a pro!

IF YOUR A YOUNG GIRL DEFINITELY DONT SHOW UP HERE ALONE!!!! the elder man in the front had extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors towards my sister last night. she tried to understand the expenses and he took advantage of her and locked her in that room at 10pm. he also made inappropriate remarks towards her. she called me crying saying he’s holding her things hostage and the police were called. Please be careful going to this place.

Absolutely horrible company. They wrongfully towed my car out of my own carport spot that I pay money for every month, damaged the front end, takes no responsibility and i had to pay 325 dollars to get it back out. Ive lived her for 3 years and they only threaten to tow MY vehicle away. People park in my spot all the time but never get towed. Only me.

I am editing this review because after further investigation there is no doubt in my mind that I was blatantly scammed by this place. My car was towed from my complex for no reason. There is a construction going on in my complex (see pics) that has blocked access to 3 buildings. We all have to park further away and are accommodating to the situation. I have lived here for 4yrs, know every guard, maintenance, and office staff and have great relations with all. Everyone knows my car. My license plate is quite visible and I have a complex parking pass visible in my windshield. On the night in question, I wedged my car in the corner to run upstairs to the bathroom, change my shirt, and run back out to a meeting I was supposed to attend. There were no open spots close to my bldg and I had to run. My car was facing my downstairs neighbor apt and they had their patio shades wide open. If you park further away, you block the driveway. I took me approx 10-15mts to run upstairs and down again, but in that time my car literally disappeared, and NO ONE saw nor heard a tow truck. This was the quietest quickest tow operation EVER! After a few phone calls found out these people towed my car for being on the "fire lane." Please see pics of construction. EVERYONE, has to make pit stops at that corner now because of the construction. UPS, the mail cart, PRIME, FEDEX, UBEReats, dash, pizza, EVERYONE stops there. There is no other access. Prime, UPS, and the mail sometimes are there for up to half hour because they have to make several trips to 3 bldgs. All the neighbors stop there to unload groceries, and then go find a parking spot further away. My car spent less than an hour at that trashy tow place, and this place scammed me out of $425. I'm a single mother, LEGAL immigrant. I also work and have a high position and many connections in the automotive field and with the Bureau of Auto Repair. After retrieving my vehicle I demanded to know who had towed my car. The smirk on the accomplice face (Jesse), and the "gotcha" he told me to my face was very telling. I was targeted. The person on the phone had the audacity to tell me that she couldn't give me the tow truck license plate cuz that is private. Since when? You can see everyone licenses all day long. Even more suspish, is this tow truck has completely "disappeared." Like Earth swallowed it. If he's so "law enforcing" why is he not here towing people out of the corner every day? Well, DRIVER 09 TRUCK 51, we're not done yet. I will find you, I will get your license plate, and that's all I need. You better save those $425 cuz karma is going to cost you times ten!

If there was a way to give no stars to this business, I would do that. There is definitely something shady going on here. They have been towing cars in our neighborhood that are parked in front of their own homes in a gated neighborhood on cul-de-sac streets. This company is participating in a huge money grab with somebody reporting on cars parked in so called fire lanes but in front of their own homes. They charge 100s of dollars to tow peoples cars without any warning whatsoever always in the dark sometimes in the middle of the night. Cars that are not blocking anything that are not in anybody's way that are simply parked on the street. Somehow every car in our neighborhood towed away for simply being parked innocuously in front of a home, has been towed by this company. Suspicious? Absolutely! They are working hand-in-hand with someone Getting tips to tow peoples cars for just parking in front of their own homes and raking in hundreds of dollars to do it.

They are big scammers, the lady was rude and treating us with nothing but disrespect the redhead on the computer even stepped up to me as if she was going to hit me! There’s no reason anyone should be treated this way no one should be threatened or talked to the way I was :(

Western Towing is very professional. They are very helpful especially Ruben. He has been so helpful and always quick if our property needs the company’s help. Also all the other towing guys super helpful!!

They are predatory towing throughout surrounding area. Western towing clearly preys on people thinking they will not get caught. Well today is the day! Carlos claims that my vehicle was towed because some representative (possibles our security) that work for my community authorized the tow. Well I clearly caught on video that their scout van a white Nissan license plate CA 57444W1 was driving through our community lurking and preying on vehicles. What even funnier is their white scout van was parked inside their compound where they hold vehicles and I noticed it. I contact my HOA and was told then western towing does not and should not be towing out of our community. Carlos and the front desk rep claimed that someone authorized the tow and by law cannot tell me who. Well Carlos I hope you and your company have your things in order.

These people are extortionists I don't understand how somebody can take your car and then price gouge you on getting your car back I don't care where 400.00 for less than 12 hours is ridiculous.I don't understand how this is legal ??????
