I was very hopeful after reading the positive feedback for western broadband service here but after moving into a new home where I need this service in order to teach remotely, I have spent two months calling and asking for service to be connected. I have been given excuses, promises and no service still after all these weeks of trying. I understand businesses are trying to keep up, these have been trying months, 16 or more since the pandemic started, but this is just too much. Terribly disappointed.

Fred is the best! Be patient on your orders, because great things come to those who wait. And this service is EXCELLENT. Western Broadband has kept me happily self employed, working from home, for over a decade, virtually glitch free AND it's incredibly affordable considering the quality of what you get. Elon Musk can cool his jets for a little bit, in my opinion. Western B is the place for me!

I have been trying to get internet with western broadband for a month now. Called 2 weeks in a row and was told I would receive a call back. Never did either time. Called a 3rd time and caught the right person. Scheduled an appointment but they didn’t show up. Very disappointing.

I signed up for this service before I moved in and was told the person responsible for setting up the service truck was broken and they were not sure when he would be able to set up my service. Five days later the service was set up and in the last 7 days the service went down for three of those days. I am now entering my second week of service and the service has be down again since last night, it's now two in the afternoon and I can get anyone on the phone and I still have no service. Update: service is up and running. once all of the issues were fixed the service has been great. Much better than Cox!

Fred came to our home and installed to hardware we needed for internet service. He was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable in his field. For being out in the sticks in Valley Center, we have very good internet service. I am very happy and would highly recommend this company.

I wish all companies had this level of customer service! Always pleasant, always quick to respond. I have the mid-level service, in Valley Center, and it's fantastic. I've had it for years now and had one tiny glitch when the dish was knocked over (bird, UFO, tree rat? who knows). They came and fixed it the same day and it took two minutes. I suffered through with AT&T for years and every day, as I'm streaming on several devices and working from my at home office, I thank my lucky stars I found Western Broadband. LOVE them!
