This is a small boutique jeweler, but they have a nice selection of jewelry and some really cool watches. I'll definitely be back.”

My experience:
I had an unusual request - I wanted to 3D Design my own matching engagement ring and wedding band. I had zero experience with designing jewelry, but John was patient and has the heart of a teacher. He guided me to use best practices for my design.
I almost gave up a couple times, but because of his encouragement in my dream to design my own special rings, I persisted and completed my design.
John then coordinated the casting of my special designs, and once the raw castings came in, he took his time to set the stones and polish up the rings. He did a gorgeous job, and I couldn't have been happier to have worked with him.

“I had an incredible experience with all of the staff at Helzberg Diamonds. They helped me design a gorgeous solitaire diamond necklace taken from my mother’s single earring. I constantly get compliments on the necklace!
My mother’s ring also needed to be sized down, they did a great job with measuring it and cleaned it so it looks brand new. They were efficient in getting my necklace and ring to me within a few weeks. I will definitely be coming back. Oh and to boot, I drove all the way from La Mesa. I came in unannounced and was greeted immediately with a big smile and a willingness to help. While all I needed at the moment was to size a watch, I fully expected to pay for their time and knowledge. However when they were done, I was told “no charge”. Although I insisted to pay, they kindly declined and charged me nothing. This is the kind of locally-owned business I want to do business with.”
