Where do I start, I highly recommend Walid with any real estate and mortgage needs he is so incredibly nice and patient with all the questions and believe me I had a lot. Walks helped us greatly from beginning to end and never once ignored us, he’s extremely knowledgeable and will explain everything in detail and if your like me and ask the same question over and over he doesn’t mind re-explaining things and to be honest that is what makes a good agent. My boyfriend and I will continue to go to Walid for the sale of our current home and the purchase of our next home. This time he helped us with a refi and made the process not only easy but painless. He will help you make sure it’s beneficial to you, I’ve seen other agents make it beneficial for them and not he client. I will be referring friends and family to Walid as I know they will be in good hands. I am forever greatful to him.

Walid helped us refinance our home recently. He worked really hard to get us the rate we wanted and closed our deal in 2 weeks! He is very professional and was always quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend him for any loan or real estate needs.
