Came in just wanting to upgrade my phone. I work in sales so I know they're gonna try and upsell me - get a new tablet and watch when you upgrade, make sure to get insurance - no thanks, I know I don't NEED that.I specifically told them, I just want to upgrade my phone. I was told since I was getting a more advanced phone, I needed a better plan (okay.. makes sense I guess) and has included perks/services. Apparently those perks and services are not included in the price of the plan and I was not told that.He upgraded me to the Unlimited Plan for $55 more from the 5G start plan thats $45 (add the $15 perks that are 'included)My service quality has gone down - used to get 5G and now I get 1-2 bars of 4G LTE.As for the phone, Samsung did a great job with build quality. As for this Verizon store, they need to be more transparent. The salesperson I talked to pushed me to spend more rather than undestand what I need

I went in to this location to get a new sim card, they had me wait in the queue for 45 min before someone assisted me, they then told me they cant access my account cause my last name didnt match, i showed other items such as my bank cards with my other last name and Pham told me he could not take it. I have never had an issue with them verifying me even with my other last name, they simply ask to verify my address, pin # , etc, but Pham was rude and said no and just walked away. Pham has the worse customer service and just plain rude. just called Verizon wireless and they said they could have simply asked me for my pin and that my account did show my correct last name.

I needed a new phone. Gio told me about a promotion. I get a “free” iPhone 14 with a 36 month contract as long as I either change my number or add a line. I chose to add an extra biz line. They said I need documents which I had to get to them. In the meantime he sent me home with an SE. he said I could return within 30 days once my new line was added and I got the iPhone 14. His biz manager, Sal, texted me an email to send the documents. Once I emailed I didn’t hear back so I reached out for a few days. He said he didn’t receive. I showed him the confirmation email. A few days later he texted me and told me I was all set and Gio could finish helping me. I drove to the store and Gio said he had to call Sal. He did and told me it was now an iPhone 13 and the plan was now a $100 more. Even with my military discount. I asked what changed but didn’t get a straight answer. I contacted Sal and he didn’t respond either. So I decided to keep the SE and the plan that came with that. I got my bill today and it’s $20 more than what Gio told me it would be. I also had issues setting up the insurance and could get a hold of anyone. I thought Verizon was better than this.

This company is guilty of fraud. BEWARE of offers to trade in a phone for credit. I was offered (repeatedly) to trade in my perfect iphone X for $700 credit on a new phone. I sent in my phone and received an email that it arrived and looked "great." I received forty one cents credit. I called and asked for my phone to be returned and was told it was a mistake and I would receive the full $700 credit. My next bill ...no credit. For four months straight I have received a no credit bill, called and was promised that next month the credit will show. It never has. BEWARE if Verizon Wireless!!!

When I first started service with Verizon, I was told that I had the auto pay set up at the store and that they help me do it. Then I called a month later because my bill wasn't where it was supposed to be and they supposedly also help me set up auto pay saying that the store didn't do it correctly, and I never received my auto pay discount and they wouldn't apply it. So today the same thing happened, they said that I be never had a autopay discount entered into the system and they would help me set it up. So this is now my 4th bill with NO auto pay discount and my 3rf time trying to get this fixed. I feel like I was scammed. My bill to this day has never been the same.

Sal of the Business Department has the most exemplary service that I have ever received from Verizon. When I am finally ready to give up on the phone associates, I take the time to make an appointment with Sal to get the job done. No, he doesn't always give me what I "want", but he nonetheless gets the job done. (Sometimes I want too much)He is thorough, detailed, and highly communicative. He is more preoccupied with the relationship than the transaction.Do not buy equipment from your local store. Get it from Sal!Adding new lines, cost centers, and purchasing equipment has been the smartest move for me when Sal handles it.

SALES ASSOCIATE FRAUDULENTLY ADDED VERIZON ASURION PROTECTION PLAN TO MY ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Zero stars if I could. Came to the store because we were transferring my husband's line to my account. Brick and mortar stores are going out of business because sales associates like this scamming customers. Better off doing everything online, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Never would've had this issue when doing it online myself. Scamming customers for what? Just so your employee performance numbers and commission can look good?? SHAME ON YOU.

Let me share our experience! This was the quickest and most pleasant Verizon experience we've ever had. We came in and was serviced by Michael, and he did a great job! He didn't push for extra expenses, and our service was done in record time. We were in and out in less than an hour! Will definitely choose this Verizon store for any future business.

This store has brought a mess to my life ever since we switched to Verizon.Last yr when we switched to Verizon, we asked for insurance for both phones. But when I tried to do a claim, they said only my husband's phone had insurance. So I had to wait a whole month. Then I find out that the representative at the store only gave me about $400 & something credit. Then I tried to activate my new phone at the store and sadly he didn't know how to do it while I was telling him how to get through an agent. I activated my phone by my with the help of an agent over the phone. Just wasted an hr with him. 3 times phone agents have fixed everything that the corporate store can't. I did end up getting my $800 credit vs the $400

At first another gentleman was helping me, MacKenzie overheard the transaction and began to help the rep, eventually I just asked MacKenzie to take over. He was very helpful.
