Needed help with something very minor…dropped by AT&T, no hello, waited 5m without service before leaving still unspoken to.
Came to Verizon instead and was immediately greeted by AJ, who quickly and kindly helped me out with the issue and had me ready to go within five minutes instead. Night and day difference. If you want good service, go see AJ!

Vee was very helpful with transferring all of the apps, data, & contact from a traded-in iPhone to the latest Samsung Smartphone. The whole endeavor only took about 35mins & I was given a pretty good discount on accessories. Highly recommended!

BE AWARE - This is not a Verizon corporate store location. This is an authorized Verizon retailer known as “Victra”. We had a TERRIBLE experience at this location.
My husband and I went in to purchase new phones from this store location recently. We were told that there was a special where the purchase of a new device included a screen protector and a wall plug-in. We confirmed with the sales associate several times that these were free of charge, and she said yes. She said we were only paying for the taxes and the service initiation fee. After she asked us to swipe our card for the balance (which seemed very high), I asked her to walk me through the itemized breakdown of the charges. She scrolled through all of the charges very fast, trying not to draw attention to the unauthorized charges. Sure enough, there were charges for the two screen protectors that she already placed on our new phones, the two wall plug-ins, AND a set-up fee that we were not informed about. After speaking with her manager on the phone, they finally agreed to refund us for the screen protectors and wall plug ins, and they took them off of our phones (which was fine). We still ended up paying the set-up and go fees that we were never told about until after the transaction went through (in addition to taxes, device costs, and service initiation fees). Meanwhile, people waiting in line overheard what was happening and stormed out of the store because they could tell what a SCAM this place is.
I do not recommend going to this location to purchase any devices or products.
Save yourself the trouble, and drive a couple miles away to the corporate store location near Costco off of Nordahl Rd in San Marcos. We went there the next day and they were able to resolve some of our issues. Unfortunately, we learned our lesson the hard way.
