TERRIBLE POST OFFICE! Stood in line to be helped at the counter for 20 minutes to be refused service because I have a QR code. They have the audacity to say that you need to stand in line for the kiosk instead, which was probably another 20 minute wait!š”š”They shouldnāt have refused to service me at the front counter especially when they only have 1 kiosk to self service! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, DISAPPOINTING AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!

This place is ridiculous. Iāve never been here when the wait is less than 20 minutes. And I have the unfortunate task of having to go there on Saturdays. Today the line was 20 people deep and they had one worker my total wait was 43 minutes. This is ridiculous it is the worst run Post Office Iāve ever been to

Itās a typical of post office, long lines, one person working, and the inability to retrieve packages if delivered after 11am. I think management puts a huge burden on their employees and community by understaffing. Either that or more efficient systems need to be established that would direct customers online for simple tasks like change of address. This place operates like weāre still in 1950.

The Older white lady at the front desk has the WORST attitude Iāve ever experienced in customer service. Extremely rude with snotty remarks after questions.

My experience has been fairly great because there is one worker named Juana who goes above and beyond. Every time I come in she has a smile on her face, always greeting and good energy. Willing also wanting to help literally goes the extra mile. I was having trouble with not receiving my mail or another worker who wasnāt as willing to help but she stepped in and her name is Juana. We love Juana!! I honestly thought she was a supervisor at first because of her professionalism. Thanks for making our experience every time such a great one. We appreciate the service and the good energy Juana!

We had an incredible experience with Juana Soto in the San Marcos location!! After having a frustrating time with another location in Oceanside (off Rancho Del Oro) with terrible service, Juana made everything seamless. She was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and did it with a smile. We're so grateful for her professionalism, which made a huge difference. If you're looking for top-notch service, Juana Soto is the way to go! Thanks again, Juana, for making our experience possible. I hope her boss is reading this, please give her a raise. We need more people like her work to serve the community.

I received two packages that they already been delivered but it seems that someone on the delivery usually mistaken or doesn't deliver at all until the next Day they wrote a note saying sorry and two headed delay trip...
It's says clearly on my eBay app my package has been delivered why no one on the post office do their job.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Losing things, delivering things to the wrong place, and all the workers do is shrug their shoulders and say āsorry, deal with it.ā To make matters worse the line is always half an hour long, thereās nowhere to park and the workers move at the same pace as Sloth in Zootopia. Whoever runs this place should have been fired yesterday.

As a veteran with over 22 years of service and postal operations experience during combat operations in Iraq and other locations. it's very disappointing how customers treat the employees at this location. I own a business of which I visit this post office daily. I have witnessed so much disrespect to all of the staff members from customers foreign and domestic. If they all quit what will you do san marcos? Its time to support them!
