I had a shipment coming from GA to my office in Oceanside California. The package shipping cost was $166 promising to arrive in 3 days. The package left GA on August 19th. According to their website a delivery attempt was made at 7:47p( almost 3 hours after business hours) on August 22. No second attempt was made the next day and no notice left on the door to indicate an attempt was made. Our office hours are clearly posted on the entry door. Days go by and nothing from UPS until I finally made the arduous task to reach a live person. I was informed that my package was at the San Marcos access point. How would I have known that without calling because the tracking info showed no activity after Aug 22. I had to drive from Oceanside to San Marcos after work in work hours traffic to get a package that was paid for to be delivered to my office.
What this really boils down to is the mediocrity of people who work there. They need to look at fundamentals of their policies to make sure they make sense and then train the drivers supervisors who should make certain the drivers follow the policies.
Employees are the laziest I’ve seen in the past 5 years. These drivers are just ok with mediocrity. They seem to not care enough about the customers. It’s a sad state of affairs. Employees just do not seem to possess the ability to problem solve or is it skill vs Will? Whatever it is ……it’s truly sad.
UPS… please don’t bother with your standard scripted response.l don’t need it because there’s nothing you can do to correct this past matter. You too are just following a response script offering no resolution outside of simply responding.

UPS was to pick up an Amazon return from my house. UPS put a note on my front door that the attempted pick-up was unsuccessful. There was no knock on my door, doorbell ring, call, email, or text. How am I supposed to know that UPS was at my front door? Please help.

I am a UPS My Choice member and the last 2 deliveries from UPS were incorrect. The first one was supposed to be left in a secure locker and it was left at my front door. And today my package was supposed to be delivered to a UPS Access Point (if it even shows that in the tracking details) and it wasn't. NONE of my packages are to be handed off to USPS and my package was not only left at my front door, but it was delivered by USPS. I contacted UPS customer service and they are not able to provide any informatin other than what is available on the tracking history. I asked for a phone number so I could call this location and get things straightened out, but they wouldn't give me a number. It appears as the only way to get results is to go to the location itself and hope to speak to someone that will get all this taken care of.

Driver didn't deliver my packages. I've received packages from every other courier and this Driver puts the address unknown and needs security to get in when there is no security to get by in order to drop my MUTIPLE PACKAGES off!!! I'm not a happy camper!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took me 20+ minutes just to get past the automated system because it wasn't understanding my tracking number and wouldn't let me talk with an actual person without one. Then when I did finally get connected, the person spoke so fast I could barely understand them. They essentially told me I could not pick up my package and I had to call the local post office, but couldn't tell me which post office that would be. And of course at the end when I was expecting to complete the survey and provide feedback on my terrible experience, the survey was "unavailable".

Way cheaper to ship here, than the Postal Annex. But they don't take cash for payment!
