UPS and FEDEX charge extra shipping label costs! Pre paid shipping label with the exact weigh and measures then both after days they charge you double!!! As a small business I never again I'll use UPS and FEDEX! I recommend you don't fall into this trap. USPS doesn't do this!

Good store, good employees. As long as you follow the instructions on your returns you won’t run into issues. Don’t be that guy and show up 10 mins before closing and you’ll get great service. Be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you.

This UPS Store closes before (5 min) the scheduled closing time, even if a customer is offloading boxes from the car right outside of their door. Good for employees, but bad for business and customers, so just sharing for other potential customers to plan accordingly. I will do my business somewhere else.

I walked in today expecting to be treated nicely like i have been the other times i’ve been here, however, i was barley greeted and when i didn’t know something the male worker just responded with one word answers. I had to return a package and it printed wrong and he just said “it’s cut off it’s no good.” This part is completely on me when i grabbed a folder and put the stuff i needed to return in and forgot to put it back and he said “my folder?” It wasn’t only the stupidest way to tell someone they forgot something, it was honestly disrespectful. I can understand when people are having a bad day, but why take it off on some customer? I sometimes don’t know what I’m doing so a I ask questions, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and disrespectful.

The rudest and arrogant service from a "supposed" manager, never in my life have I experienced such an unprofessional customer service at UPS. Today 12/12/23, called for notary questions. He not only hung up the phone ones but twice. If you don't have notary don't advertize it; if you can't handle customers' questions then don't work there.

Very efficient although service is somewhat slow. Don't expect a smile or welcome when you walk in the door. I'm sure they're happy to see you but they certainly don't wear it on their sleeves. That said, if you can forego the warm fuzzies and just want efficient shipping services, you'll be in the right place.

Today I had an absolutely terrible experience at this UPS store due to the extremely poor customer service provided by one of their employees ( it may have been the Owner) . I went in to return a package from Amazon and was greeted by an employee who was clearly disinterested in helping me. When I asked a question about returning a rug that I had ordered from Amzon , he gave me a curt and unhelpful response that left me feeling frustrated and confused.Throughout the interaction, the employee seemed completely indifferent to my needs as a customer. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received and would strongly advise others to avoid it if they are looking for a positive customer experience. The employee's lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly appalling and left me feeling frustrated and angry. If you value good customer service, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Extra slow service. Nothing works clueless staff which makes them rude. Just a drop off and cannot do that. Horrible will go elsewhere.
