Third time using this space for a meeting. Our group was in the Redel Room this time. They make the experience so simple it's wonderful. Various size rooms are available whereby you can show up and in no time at all be meeting and conducting business. Highly recommend.

Union has been an incredible community and resource for our team. The other members are great. We’ve loved getting to build relationships with people from different kinds of organizations. Allison up front is incredible! She’s always taking care of us and making sure the experience is top notch for everyone who works here.

Union has been a gem for me this last year. Clean, bright, friendly. It's like having a positive office with great vibes and co-workers who I don' t actually have to work with, I just get to shoot the breeze when we're all in the kitchen and can smile at when we're all working hard! 10/10 would recommend.

Union Cowork San Marcos offers a world class coworking experience. I spent about half a year there and the entire environment was always professional and vibrant. The amenities and services are all high quality. I appreciated the helpful Union team, would recommend Union to others, and would work at Union again if I ever need a coworking solution in the area in the the future. Thanks Union!

Union Coworker in North City, San Marcos is one of the best places to have an office! There is free coffee, snacks, and events to go to. I have been here a little over a year and have never had one issue.The community manager, Allison, is amazing and very helpful. She throws fun and inclusive events for everyone. Everyone in the space has become friends and it feels like a real community.Outside of the office, there are several great restaurants and the best rock climbing gym. It's perfect for lunch and an afternoon workout!

This place is the bomb. First of all - awesome location right by a bunch of great running trails and the University. San Marcos is a great mix of being connected to business but not too densely populated to the point where you find everything annoying.The space itself is well laid out. The members are overall good people, and there is a great community aspect of this spot that is hard to beat. Allison is the Community Manager and she does an amazing job keeping the place vibrant and filled with life. It wouldn't be the same without her.I run my small Architecture firm out of this co-work and I just couldn't ask for a better spot. It almost seems too good to be true.

We've been to many co-working spaces across the west coast and Union is the best by far. Allison, the community manager, is very welcoming, and the space is incredible for all your needs. My fiancé and I love working at Union whenever we're in the San Diego area, and we will continue to come back. We met so many great friends and professionals here. Whether you need a private office space or flex desk, Union has you covered and Allison is always there to help!

We recently held a meeting in the larger conference room they offer. The space, amenities and support provided were exceptional. The community manager, Allison, was on top of everything and ensured our group was taken care of and had a great experience. She also helped us facilitate a team building activity with the Mesa Rim facility a few blocks over. The two events within walking distance for our group were ideal. We will return without question and leverage the spaces offered by Union Cowork for future meetings.

Union San Marcos is a gem of a work space. At this point, I can honestly say it's my favorite after working in MANY over the past year. The wifi is top notch and I've never had an issue with video calls even while the place was packed. Allison, the community manager, is super engaging and helpful putting on some of the coolest events I've seen at a cowork. The layout is HUGE with ample amount of space even when days are busy -- plus multiple phone booth options for calls or meetings that merit more privacy. Do yourself a favor and check out Union San Marcos!

Union Cowork San Marcos has become my home away from home! Allison at the front has been so helpful and really made this place feel like a community that cares about your experience every day! I am so grateful to have found Union Cowork in San Marcos, especially since there is amazing coffee, food, and workout facilities right next door!

Union Cowork San Marcos and Allison (the community manager) have been a blessing!Whether you're a freelancer/solopreneur, have a team, and looking for a space to get away from sitting at home or the local coffee shop... look no further.The space itself has a great vibe, and the other members are friendly.If you're looking for something as a one-off to change up the routine or become a regular, look no further.They also have a conference room were you to host an event or gathering along with a podcast and multiple phone rooms for privacy.You'll also be able to take advantage of the amenities like free coffee, draft kombucha, sparkling water, and craft beer, in addition to bi-monthly events that take place.(just yesterday, as of writing this, was girl scout cookies and wine pairing, meanwhile last week was a pizza lunch)Bonus is that it's nestled in an up-and-coming part of San Marcos (North City) with places to eat, workout, and a farmers market right outside the front door every Tuesday.Oh, and they're dog-friendly.

I run a small business group and my leadership team and I needed a place to collaborate in the evening face to face. Union Cowork was recommended as an affordable co-working space for us to brainstorm as a team.We connected with Shera Storck - Community Manager and not only was she able to quickly get us setup, she was flexible with the hours of usage for our meetings.The space itself is conveniently located near shops and restaurants if you need to stop and get a bit to eat. Nice parking structure close by the location, and the space itself it great!Amenities: WIFI, Training Room, Refrigerator, Water, Colab rooms.

I’m so thankful for such a wonderful place to work during these times! I have a flex desk membership at the San Marcos location. Amazing location with an ice cream shop opening soon right next door!I feel safe here as everyone follows mask wearing rules, and I can be productive here. Went to Union Cowork to remotely work for a day and it was such a pleasant and productive workspace. I love how quiet it is and the coffee is definitely a plus. Also, Shera, the manager, is great to deal with.
