Incredible company to work with from start to finish. They put in 4,500 sq. ft of turf in our back yard and we are thrilled with the job! Additionally, a 3 hole putting green!!! From start to finish the entire crew was top notch!!! It was a massive under taking from clearing our grass, concrete, leveling dirt, etc! Looks amazing!!!

Tuscany Pavers did a great job on our project. We had some pavers installed by someone else about 11 years ago. We wanted to try to match what we had as close as possible, and they gave us some great options. The project involved building two sets of stairs, connecting a path to our existing pavers, and creating a new path to one of the steps. From first contact to job complete (including sealing and cleanup) it was only 19 days! The actual work time was only about 4 days, and the rest of it was just ordering materials, scheduling, and dodging some rain. The completed project looks awesome, with great attention to detail. I would hire them again.

Replaced a 10' wide cement driveway with an 18' wide one for two cars.Pavers with sealant.Tuscany adjusted their schedule several times as our roof replacement took longer than expected.Ajusted the quote since we decided to extend the driveway 3'.Replaced a fence post, moved our mailbox, redid our drainpipe.Sloped the driveway as needed for water run-off & then verified the work.Looks awesome.

I hired Tuscany pavers to install pavers in my drivway, front and back patio. I was very impressed with the architectural drawings that were done on the day of my estimate and the attention to detail; including my requests for polysand and sealer, additional drainage lines and border design. The project started sooner than I expected and was completed very quickly; with beautiful, professional results. The crew was friendly and efficient and the project cost was quite reasonable for the large amount of work done. I would definitely recommend them.

We contracted Tuscany Pavers to replace a front sidewalk and concrete patio that were both old and in bad condition. Victor was very helpful during the consultation to help us determine the final size of patio and pick out patterns. To address the poor drainage during the rainy season, drain lines were installed under ground with 2 drains in the pavers . Raul, the project manager, kept in touch during the whole process. The work crew of 3 was efficient, respectful of our property and left the work site very clean. The best part is the job was finished a day early!We will definitely recommend them to anyone.Cindy S.

Update May 2023 - if I could add stars, I would. After all the rain in 2023, we started to get some erosion and shifting in one corner of the patio. I reached out to Tuscany Pavers to have them take a look. After getting on the schedule, they sent a crew out who resolved the issue with no questions asked and made it look as good as new. They removed the pavers in the area that shifted, added a significant section of improved footer and re-set the corner. At no point did they ask for additional payment and the guys did an incredible job. A+ for customer service and we are extremely happy with their work.

This review is overdue, for an outstanding experience I had with Tuscany Pavers. I consulted with, and then hired Tuscany to do the landscaping (pavers, seat wall, decorative rock) at my new home. Chris (my first contact in sales) was great at sharing thoughts, providing a quick and professional proposal - and answering questions promptly. The work was done in record time. I was grateful and appreciative to have had Grant as my site manager. He was super helpful, patient and just all-around terrific to deal with. The site crew was on-time, hard working, friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. I had particular concerns regarding drainage - those concerns were all addressed, and I was relieved to have zero drainage issues during all of the recent storms. I would highly recommend Tuscany Pavers for anyone's project.

I had several estimates to demolish my cracked concrete driveway and to replace it. Several companies never followed up, were too expensive, or didn't offer all of the services that I wanted. Many didn't address the drainage. That should have been obvious because I live on a hill and the street slopes towards my property. Grant came over and gave me a comprehensive estimate within a few days. He brought brochures of the product and had a sales rep. deliver samples of the pavers. I was impressed by his efficiency, knowledge, professionalism, communication and customer service. Another big hardscape installer just told me to go the Orco yard in Oceanside for samples. This yard isn't open to the public. Tuscany Pavers began this project on 11/28/22 and finished around 12/9/22. Besides installing pavers for the driveway and sealing pavers, they installed an Orco Block retaining wall, installed additional drains, reconfigured the irrigation, built two rock columns on each side of the driveway, installed the lamps on columns, installed rock veneer on the house, did some grading and poured some footings. I highly recommended them! They are reasonably priced and offer competitive financing. They do have a minimum charge for their projects because of their overhead, crews, and scheduling.

Even though I haven't done the work yet, I had to write a review. I sent an email that was rather vague, about some things I wanted to do to a backyard and having a fire pit put in. I was sure I wouldn't get a response, or one that told me I didn't give them enough details (as I just bought the house and won't be in it for another month...I didn't know any measurements).Chris was great about getting back to me right away and explaining all the various things I could do with the plot of land (and he estimated what the size was, which was great).Although it all might be just a bit out of my price range, I appreciate such great service.

I really don't like writing negative reviews. I have been chasing Tuscany Pavers now for over 6 months for a small repair that needs done. Its very easy for them to collect payment and answer the phone when you want more work done however their customer service has been extremely sub par. When you pay what you do for pavers you would hope there would be a little bit of customer service. I have called them numerous times and get told I'm a couple weeks out but they have me on the list. I will update this review on how long this process actually takes them. I was thinking about getting more work done by them and there sales guy sure seems to be able to call me back on a regular basis

This review is long overdue. I hired Tuscany Pavers to install pavers around my pool deck and my back patio a few years ago. I interviewed many local companies and Tuscany stood out for many reasons. Long story short, I am beyond happy with the job they did for me, and I am a perfectionist. I just realized I never did a review for them until today, when I am now considering installing pavers on another area. Tuscany is the *only* company I will call for an estimate this time!Services: Concrete work

3 years ago I contracted Tuscany Pavers to complete over 150ft of retaining wall. I wanted something similar to what my neighbor had done, but Jay (the PM) recommended a different brick style for a similar cost. 3 years later my wall still looks brand new and my neighbor is jealous. Fast forward to today, I just finished a second project, and I could not be happier with the results. Original plan was to redo the driveway (concrete) and have Tuscany do a border wall and sidewalk. After talking with Jay, we were able to make some design changes to cut costs where we could in order to upgrade where it counted. We ended up with a beautiful pavered driveway (in additional to the wall and walk) at the same initial budget I had planned. For bonus, they completed as promised despite 2 days of rain-out, as the crew showed up on Saturday to catch up. I highly, highly, highly recommend.
