Omar provided me with roadside assistance on my overheated BMW that had stalled. I am a first time car owner, so I was anxious with A LOT of questions and Omar was very patient, helpful and informative! Additionally, I felt safe riding to the dealership with him and we talked about our cars since we have the same model! Big Thank You to Omar for the amazing service!

Had my vehicle towed by this company on a flat bed tow vehicle, the front right wheel was damaged when it was loaded. I took pictures and reported it to (Carlos) the apparent "Supervisor". He said it could be "curb rash", I told him the wheels and tires are NEW and purchased the week prior. He said he would speak with his employee the next day and give me a call. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. So I called him then he says his employee was off and would be in the following day and then call me after speaking with him and looking at his employee's pictures. So while I wait for him to call me back, I sent him my pictures to review. The following day, STILL NO CALL... I left voicemails with no response. This company is very shady, does not take responsibility, and I DO NOT recommend. Please use a different company, do not just take my word for it look at my pictures and read the other reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...!!!

Omar was amazing. My catalytic converter was stolen off my Prius. It was stressful situation and Triton towing came quickly ( quoted 45 min and arrived sooner) Monday morning to pick up my car. Omar was friendly, polite and helped get me situated quickly so I could go get a rental car. I felt comfortable and trusted he would take care of my car. The mechanic Shop commented to me that it was the fastest tow they had seen. Excellent!

My mini sounded funny and I needed it towed to the dealership. My case was assigned to David and he was extremely helpful. He called and texted me updates on his arrival which was well within his first estimate. When he arrived I was very relieved to see my baby leave in capable and caring hands. He even texted me a picture of my car being dropped off. Very professional and very satisfied!Service: Long distance haulage

Two men arrived from Triton Towing Company, neither wearing a mask or gloves during a pandemic. They came right next to me, and insisted I sign a document by touching their cell phone. Unacceptable. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I also called the roadside assistance service who sent them out, and notified them of the issue so they can remove Triton Towing Company from their list of providers.

My insurance company contacted this company to arrange a tow for my SUV which had the ignition switch fail. The company arrived in the stated time but when the truck left I noticed spots all over my driveway. It turned out to be lots of oil spots. I contacted the company the next morning and the manager said they would get back to me re: a resolution to fix the situation. Having heard nothing back from them, I contacted them again this morning and they offered NO help. Their towing vehicle is leaking oil like crazy!Service: Car towing

Short Story: Took almost TRIPLE the time and were UNPROFESSIONAL.Full Story: My insurance company contacted them for a tow and after another company stated they would be an hour wait, they went with this one since they said 35 minutes. He passed by us at around that time, but then continued on. I called and he didn't answer multiple times. About an HOUR later, I call the company and they said he was on his way, but had to pick up someone else first. We were not allowed to ride with the driver and had to pay for a Lyft, which was not told to us when I was on the phone with either the driver or the company. He said he would call us when he got to the location, but did not. Also, our keys were required to be left in the car, so our car was attended with keys inside for at least 30 minutes while we waited for the Lyft driver to pick us up and take us to the location, which was about 4 miles away.Service: Car towing
