I can't say enough about the jeweler, Tim, of Towne Jewelers'. He helped me with several jewelry problems. He sold items, created new items and was always considerate of my requests as a customer. Tim's entire staff was friendly and capable. I loved that someone was always on the door to let me in. I appreciated the safety level of the store. When the city decided to rebuild the entire street in front of the store, it severely affected the business. But, I never saw anything but a smile on all of their faces. If you have jewelry needs, you won't be sorry you went to the very trustworthy, experienced and talented jewelers at Towne jewelers' Shoppe.

Went in to get my watch battery replaced. They were very quick to get my watch up and running. The lady who helped me was very friendly and made sure I knew about their amazing deals they had going on. I would definitely come back again.

Amazing service! Everyone in the shop is happy, pleasant and willing to help. This poor business has had to work through the street closures on via Vera Cruz for months, but their spirits are positive and very uplifting. I had a clasp on my son's chain that was broken and he was able to fix it in no time and at no charge-amazing service. I will definitely be back to support this small business.

Recently, I was selling jewelry by advertising on OfferUp, Craigslist, and Facebook. For my 14 karat gold chain, an interested potential buyer wanted to have it tested for genuineness. Both that buyer and another jeweler knew about Towne Jewelers as a place that would be willing and able to test the chain.Even though we two were not shopping in their store, they nonetheless cleaned and tested the chain. This made our transaction possible, so I am thankful for their willingness to do this, even though we weren't customers on that occasion.

They fixed a pin/link on my dad's watch and tightened the clasp on my locket--customer service is unmatched! I will definitely be shopping here when I need to buy some jewelry.

Walked in this morning to get my 2 new watches sized, all the staff were very friendly, attentive, and got it done in less than 10 minutes!! I would highly recommend them for all your jeweler needs very nice store too!!! Thank you again!!!

Had a truly notable positive experience today at Towne Jewelers' Shoppe. I came across them while researching reviews and was impressed with their high star rating. I had a few vintage and sentimental pieces that I had been holding off on getting fixed or adjusted due to fear of trusting the wrong person/jeweler. I went today to test the waters and was not disappointed. The team was very welcoming and offered a high level of customer service from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I felt a sense of genuine care and appreciated the knowledge and information shared with me related to my questions. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond and I became teary with the relief of having my jewelry fixed/adjusted properly. I also received a quote for future work and I am looking forward to going back to have that taken care of soon. Thank you for your support and care today! I am very appreciative, grateful, and happy to have finally found a jeweler for myself!

Thanks to Tim the jeweler to take time out of his busy schedule to add links to my watch. He was nice enough to not charge me and he's a great jeweler. I know i can trust him with fixing my jewelry! The shop has really nice watches, bracelets and rings at reasonable prices!

Went in for a battery replacement on two watche, told they just got back from holiday and they could not get to it till tomorrow. Went to another store and got it taken care of immediately. Will not be back

Brought my watch for battery replacement. Left it there 1 week. The guy had trouble finding it. And when he did the time wasn't set and it still had dust on it. He finally pulled it out, set the time, and went through a whole speech.. you are good to go, it's still pressurized, can't guarantee waterproofing.. blah blah. I got home 10 minutes later and it was dead, hadn't moved since he set it. The watch is not very old and in good condition. I am pretty sure they never even put a battery in it.
