Class for Wine 101 was lead by “Pam”. An unbelievable resource for the company, and a delight to listen to as she informed us as various wines from around the world. Paired with her personal experiences that painted beautiful pictures in my mind. Take a class for $20 and relish in the fact you should’ve paid $40 to $50! 9 wine tastings with WONDERFUL hors d’oeuvres!

Good prices, but horrible Customer Service Customer Service is full of employees all having a conversation. Asked a question about my order and Manager looked at me like I was a homeless guy!!She just stared at me and called out the name of a female employee while staring at me....They are not customer friendly and it starts at the top!!Go to Encinitas location!!! Very nice staff!!!

I had gone to Total Wine & More at San Marcos to pick up Somrus Mango liqueur. It was not available at their San Diego location. I had to take the help of one of the attendant but overall it was a nice and smooth visit.

Great store with knowledgeable staff. I mentioned what I was looking for, and Jose walked me right to it. He ran down several choices and I came away very satisfied. Props to the manager on duty, Debbie. She was working the floor, taking care of customers. Excellent management and service, thank you.

The worst service in America. The most malicious staff, smiles on their faces-evil in their hearts. Disgusting people working in this company. They do not respect the time of visitors and have no respect for others.

I just tried Total Wine about a week ago for the first time. After shopping at BevMo for a while I was very happy with the selection and prices at Total Wine!! I was looking for El Dorado Demerara rum and Italian sweet vermouth (Cocchi), Total Wine had them both at the local store at a much lower price than BevMo. It looks like I will be a Total Wine customer now!

Had a bad experience at this store with the manager. Your experience may well differ. Total wine needs to fix their coupon details. If the coupon says winery direct then I don’t understand why the color of the price tag has anything to with it. The manager was more focused with arguing than understanding my view. I was not valued as a customer. Not going back there again.

I definitely like this store better than Bevmo. A lot of different choices and you can by single craft beers rather than a whole pack.Staff is always friendly and ready to help.

This place is great. I'd say it's a better alternative to BevMo. Their selection of spirits is far, far superior. The app is very useful as well.

The person who was helping me was not friendly and was not helpful. I wish he was more nicer when asked questions on certain wine or drinks they have the attitude is off putting.

BE CAREFUL - This is a great store however the bottle sleeves are not. Many of them are defective (notice the lack of any glue in my photo) and will cause the wine to fall out. The staff was aware of the problem but didn’t seem to care. I suggest you bring your own bags
