This UPS store is amazing…laid out so clearly, professionally, beautiful cabinetry (some handmade); amazing experience of CALM, super efficient help from sharp employees, friendly &no “searching”… PERFECTION in retail..Rarely if ever seen- Thank you to Staff (Gavin particularly) at my now ONLY UPS store forever!! ( They should teach other stores the secret!!)

This store has a unique services, that I haven't been able to find just anywhere. Wooden crate shipping! If you have large delicate items that need to be shipped (like a grandfather clock), they are able to build a wooden crate and get it there safely.Also, great service!

I'm sorry but maybe they need to hire people that want to work. These workers lack any kind of basic customer service skills which is ashamed since they just opened up. Not a good experience.

This store is amazing. I had to drop off Amazon returns and needed business cards. They were able to get the 500 cards made the same day. This was so much easier than ordering them from online.

The best UPS or FEDEX store I've been to. The owner and general manager at this location went above and beyond to help me get a refund for an overnight ship as well as making sure I was fully satisfied with my experience. Very strong communicators and sense of integrity.

Wonderful new neighborhood UPS Store that is locally owned. The people here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to get my Cannon camera packed fragilely and sent off next day air for repairs!

Popped into this new UPS Store and had a very pleasant experience! The staff was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. From start to finish the entire shipping process was a breeze. Prices beat out other pack &ship locations around this area too. Impressive for a new location, definitely found a gem! Will be going back, especially during the holidays.

Highly recommend for your business printing needs. We recently came into this UPS location to get a quote for 1,000 business flyers to hand out at an upcoming event we are attending. From start to finish the gentleman that helped me was able to answer all of my questions confidently and even assisted in recommending me better quality card stock than I originally inquired about, explaining the differences along the way.We are very satisfied and impressed with the overall quality of the end result prints. For a new location, these guys definitely know what they're doing!
