My 2015 M4 (33,000 miles) experienced the worst issue from my perspective, as my electrical system just died. It took a new battery and a FEM unit that manages the charge from the battery and distributes it to the car. 1) The BMW guys came to my house to install the battery with the intent to saved me towing charges. 2) unfortunately the car didn't start and needed to be towed to the shop. It turned out I needed a part that came directly from the BMW Factory from Europe. It took 3+ months before the part came in. The BMW guys thru this time stayed on top of the suppliers every week looking for status as they kept me statused. When they finally rec'd and installed the part, and delivered to me the car worked like it was brand new. Takeaway - The BMW Guys are the real thing, Quality of Service (BMW certified mechanics), Transparency, Friendliness, Honest, Fair pricing. This is why I have serviced my BMW and now my Porsche with them for the past 5 years, "Because they CARE and take care of their customer's auto needs"

I have been taking my vehicles to Alfredo “The BMW Guy“, for probably close to 10 years. With all the cars I’ve had over the years, and the maintenance experiences that I have had over the years, Alfredo is honestly the best I have come across. Aside from just being a good person, he is conscientious, skilled, and honest! I have recommended his shop to a number of people, and I never get anything but rave reviews from people that I sent to his shop. Now if I can just get him to work on my Lexus, I will be all Set

Son in law has a 2013 BMW X3 with the infamous N20 engine. Of course the timing chain and guides need to be replaced. Alfredo spent considerable time outlining our options and assisting us in making our decision. While we did not end up repairing the car, I came away very impressed with Alfredo"s honesty and communication skills.

Andrew and Colin are excellent. They are courteous, professional and thorough. They pay attention to every detail and helped me to get exact what my car needed repaired. I bring both of my cars to their shop and the work is always top tier. The service you will get here is much more personal than at the dealership where you are just another number in an assembly line. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new mechanic.

THESE GUYS ROCK!!! Had a great mechanic in LaJolla, but it got too far to drive. Found these guys up close to me and have never looked back. Andrew is so knowledgeable, one of the top mechanics you'll find having worked at BMW dealers for years and led teams. He's also extremely warm and helpful, and totally fair and honest. The rest of the guys there are equally great. Whenever I call with a question, Colin goes out of his way to make sure it gets answered. I pretty much only drive Beemers, and I will pretty much take them here for life. SIX STARS!!!

Great advice from Alfredo, my car was being serviced at BMW dealership when they came back with new findings of repairs I knew something was up -I called to see a second opinion and Alfredo gave me thorough money saving advice for how to address the issue.
