Stay away from this store! We purchased new iPhone 15 Plus - Pink - 128GB. Representative sold screen protector for $30 stating that it it's guaranteed for life for this phone. The screen protector cracked after 4 months and representative now states if there is no protection purchased for the phone, the screen protector cannot be replaced. If phone protection, why need to pay additional cost for screen protectors!

I was met with negative and disrespectful employees, while dropping a internet gateway off. I'd dropped equipment off at many a place and once the service provider he as your name and the equipmentyour days done. I was given an ultimatum of stabd there while the box gets scanned or it won't be checked in . Even after the process I was still being told I couldn't leave.

Ricardo (Ricky) helped up with new phones, new phone lines and an internet trial to see how it works at our home. He was so nice and knowledgeable. The process was really easy and relatively fast as far as switching phones goes. Thanks, Ricky!

This establishment's business management is severely lacking. They not only condone but actively encourage their staff to deceive customers into signing contracts. There is a complete absence of transparency, making them highly untrustworthy. They are nothing short of crooks, hence the fitting name. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them when I decided to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. Dissatisfied with AT&T's customer service, I wanted to bring my six newly paid-off iPhone 13s to T-Mobile. They enticed me with a promotion, promising to provide six brand-new iPhone 15s in exchange for my previous phones. They assured me that my bill would be comparable to what I had been paying with AT&T, as they could place me on a business plan. My prior payment with AT&T was $330 and some change. T-Mobile claimed they could offer me a business plan for $350, slightly more but worth it for a company that would prioritize my needs and not shuffle me around various call centers. Little did I know, they took my phones without showing me the fine print buried within their extensive contract. Now, I find myself owing a staggering $4500 for these so-called new iPhone 15s. To make matters worse, I was promised a $50 internet plan for my home, which they claimed would save me money compared to my $120 Cox plan. They assured me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could simply return the unit without any charges. However, when the unit arrived, it didn't work, and I had no service whatsoever. I immediately contacted them, explaining the situation and following their instructions to return the unit. Yet, for the past three months, they have been charging me for a service I never received. Despite my attempts to seek a credit, they blatantly refused, citing that I never canceled the service. This is a blatant lie, as I did cancel the service and returned their unit three months ago, with no usage recorded. To add insult to injury, their call centers are located in foreign countries, making communication incredibly difficult due to language barriers. They have wasted an exorbitant amount of my time, constantly redirecting me and hanging up on me, without providing any assistance. In all honesty, T-Mobile has proven to be even worse than AT&T. I have decided to pay off my phones, endure the financial blow, and swiftly move on to a different company that values and respects their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering this store to steer clear, as their deceitful practices and lack of customer support are utterly appalling.

David Arango, was an amazing mobile expert, he helped me and my family out with all of our new phones transferring all the data and answering any questions that we need. He was very patient with us good customer service and a great guy I highly recommend going to see him.

Never ever go to this store. The retail manager at this store is the rudest person I have ever met. The Retail Manager was so disrespectful to me and to the T-Mobile rep on the phone who was just trying to help me. This is the first time that I have encountered such a person. And he is a retailer? He actually slammed the phone on the table in front of me (it's a T-Mobile phone) when the rep was still speaking to him twice. I even put the phone on speaker, so he would continue to talk to the rep. He said he cannot do anything to help me with an air of superiority that as if he's not talking to a person. I hope the rep on the other end had it recorded. Even with the long and good relationship I had with T-mobile, I am considering changing provider because of this experience.
