Watch out for bait & switch sales. My son got a phone, turn in an old iPhone for a free new one. Was told there would be no monthly equipment charges (he's not authorized to make plan changes). We got a $30/month equipment charge. I went to store, they credited it & said the reoccurring charges would stop. Charges showed up the following month. I used the app chat & the representative told me they would remove the reoccurring charges. They continued to show up. Repeat over & over. I'm still paying for a "free" phone & am locked into T-Mobile.

Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and do your business at a corporate store, not a franchise store like this one. T-mobile's reputation may, perhaps should, be tarnished.

I had on going issues with my previous phone carrier, so i decided to stop at T-mobile here in my city, not really thinking about switching or anything specific just to check it out. When entering the customer service was beyond friendly and were very knowledgeable about their companies benefits. I decided to switch carriers and the experience went smoothly! it has been a week or two and i could not be any happier! I appreciate associate Marco for helping me answer my questions and make the switch an ease. As of now i haven’t had any issues with my phone so i am very satisfied :)

I changed my plan quick and easy, the worker Marco helped me and answered all my questions and was attentive. The customer service is amazing compared to other stores .

I visited T-Mobile to switch from Verizon. Luis the store manger made it a very simple transition and made sure to give us all the new customer deals. 100% recommend!

The worst service ever I got ripped off from Kevin he completely scam make sure you check all the documents before you leave that place. Please do some research prior to go that T-Mobile

I was angry to find out I had to pay a fee to pay my bill at the store with cash! Install a damned machine if you don't want to take away from your SALES people. Since there is not really any competition with cell phone companies anymore I'm stuck with you all.

This place and T mobile in general is sooooooo BAD!! Went there to pick up my phone (warranty) and the little girl that "TRIED" to help me didn't seem to know how!! She brings out my new phone and then can't figure out why the phone wouldn't transfer all my info. onto my new one. So I play with it for a little while and BOOM I yes the customer figures out what was keeping it from transferring. So I finally get it to start transferring all my vitals onto my new one when I'm told I can't take my new phone!! Apparently she nor anyone else in the store can't figure out how to charge my new phone to the warranty. This is 35min into this adventure!! So after 45min and after I get the phone to start transferring all my info into the new one I'm told I won't be able to take the phone. They're going to have to ORDER a new one!!!! And I have to come back tomorrow!!! Just ludicrous!!! Please hire competent people!!!

Staffs were not friendly to help you. I went to there for helping my Mom’s T mobile contract without her and they didn’t answer any questions. They just required me come back with my Mom in bad weather.After we comeback and verified any thing they said that they couldn’t help us because we get this contract with another T mobile store ( not with them). We must contact with our store. Why didn’t they tell us before I comeback in a heavy rainstorm day?My point is : I checked my store and they said we can do with any T-Mobile store so that I think these staffs are so lazy or they weren’t professional staffs.

Knowledgeable, professional, helpful staff.. although I did wait at the counter while two guys were in the back room, even though they could see me on the camera waiting for them
