I don't complain, nor I post much: I was excited to see the word Autohaus on a maintenance shop. I bought my BMW in Germany and lived there for 10 years. But I did feel cheated. Charged over 1700 to fix the wrong thing more than once. Stated my oil sensor was bad on my BMW, returned the vehicle, and was supposedly fixed. Had to return the vehicle for the same issue the next day and was told it was fixed again. Did not want to return a third time after the same warning light came on AGAIN. Took it to another mechanic and gave me the solution in less than 2 hours and fixed it overnight. Steve was unable to fix the issue, as he stated, charged for fixing the wrong issues. It was never the sensors.

Worst costumer service! Super rude Only reason for 1 start is because They answered the phone! All down hill from there, mocked me for trying to get a second opinion from this shop when I told them my Audi was at the dealer. And hung up on me saying he's time was more valuable then this.

Brought my wife's Porsche here for an oil change because the dealer canceled my appointment. I always take my car to the Porsche dealer. So I was skeptical at first because of the low price I got over the phone. I met the mechanic here. They are top notch mechanics that work on German cars. They only use OEM parts and oil. I cannot believe after all these years of having BMW,Porsche and Mercedes I have never heard of this place. They have been in this hidden spot for years.These guys are a hidden gem. I highly recommend.

Best Mercedes mechanics in San Diego by far! Been going there for the last 7 years and because of Star Autohaus my 250K mile MB still runs like new. My parents bring their E class down here from Vancouver Canada to get serviced at Star Autohaus - that's how good they are. If I could do 10 stars I would.

I've been taking my BMW to Star Autohaus for over a year for various maintenance and repairs, and everything that they've done for my car has been great. The job is done quickly and correctly every time and their pricing is very fair. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them for anything I need to have done.
