This guy is a scammer and an idiot. Up charges me once I’ve already left and have no other options and breaks something he shouldn’t have been working on. Serves me right for being lazy and not just doing it myself.

Excellent service! Price paid was exactly what was estimated, and was much less than other estimates from other transmission shops. Sal was friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered a warranty, where other transmission shops would not. Work was done on time and he communicated the progress regularly. The transmission worked better than it ever has. I would highly recommend speedy tune and brakes to family and friends!

Due to jiffy lube unable to fix what our vehicle needed....We were referred here by Miko from Jiffy Lube In Vista, he said I know a guy, go see Sal! The best tip ever. We dropped off our vehicle on a Thursday afternoon and Sal got our vehicle over back over to us by Monday. He was beyond friendly and a cool dude! Very honest service. We called around for quotes in the area on what we needed and were easily quoted $1k MORE than what Sal was offering us. Clearly we went with the most reasonable, affordable & best of the best AND in a timely manner. Thank you Sal! We will be coming back to you for all of our repairs. So glad to find a local mechanic that we can count on for all our vehicle needs.

I recently went here to get an oil change and my breaks replaced. I called same morning (I was in desperate need of breaks asap) Sal asked me to go in at 2 pm and within a few hours he had my car ready! Super fast job, he did amazing and great prices!!! Also, my bumper on my car was hanging off and without even asking, he told me he fixed my bumper for me. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I will be coming back here from now on! Thank you :-)

I desperately needed new brakes and rotors on all axels and Sal was able to help me right away! After discovering I needed a new battery too, Sal helped me significantly with the price! He was extremely helpful and open to all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sal!
