I did not catch their names but it was Wednesday June 5th from about 1:30 to 3:30 hopefully a supervisor is reading this and can get them a well-deserved raise?

Bought a 10 kid party package for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She had a blast and so did all the adults. It was reasonably priced for unlimited 2 pitchers of Soda, 2 pizzas, grippy socks, and plates/utensils. Room #1 was very roomy, holds 15-20 people comfortably. It seemed cleaned to me overall. I brought food not in their manu so I didn't get charged anything extra for that. Would book there again because it made everything stress free. Plenty of parking too.

Came here on a Monday with my 2 year old toddler. Guy named Sean helped us out-super nice. My kid LOVED it. When he got tired the video games were an awesome way to take a break!

Big fun space for the entire family. Could be kept up better though, it's a little on the dirty side.

We've had parties here in the past, and I am positive we will have them again in the future! It's just too easy not to. They do everything from setup to the ease, of the party, to clean up! The price point happens to be very good as well!
This visit we happen to be here for a child's birthday party. I have never actually jumped at any jump park before! I'm actually extremely sick. Part of my sickness is the inability to walk and to walk properly. While at sky zone I noticed the $45 unlimited jump. I also noticed the ease of what I was doing on my body as a whole. And, I never fell once! So, birthday parties are a must at sky zone! But, so is my physical therapy now! You don't have to be a child, at a birthday party, or anything! You just need to go and have fun and your body gets all of the benefits at the same time! That is priceless!

Called about my concerns from 03/16/2024 for my Sister's birthday. Sky Zone is not the same. No workers on tramplines, handling incidents, felt very unsafe... I didnt jumped for 25 out of my 2 hour slot. I used to work there 8+ years ago, we had rules, etc... Nothing tonight. Jeannie, the GM called and addressed my issues and she was absolutely amazing. I really hope moving forward things change for the experience we were hoping for.

Get Air is better. Fun but less space. I have to keep going around in circles which is annoying unlike Get Air which has more space. Because of this I don't like it and I am not returning to Skyzone.

Very clean, smells great! I was worried with all the hyper, sweaty kids it would feel stuffy and musty. The staff is very attentive to safety and professional. My son had a great time attending his friend's party there on a Friday night. I may have to do his party there as well, the staff helped everything run so smoothly.

Took my nephew on a Sunday 12pm for 2hrs. The process to purchase your ticket online saved a lot of time. When we arrived we had to fill out a waiver and that was it.2hrs for only $22.We live 35 mins away and it was worth it. This location is one of the cleaner facilities. Each section has a staff member properly monitoring each section. They have a warrior course which adds great entertainment and something different than just jumping. There are plenty of treats to buy if you stay long.Extra bonus is they have a handful of video games FREE to play.Only suggestion is a sign on each bathroom door that says "PLEASE WEAR SHOES." I think it's kind of gross for kids to go to the bathroom in their socks then go jump & roll on everything.

They need better staffing here, they are just standing around looking. I kid you not, it can get dangerous. Please go to Vista Altitude, they actually watch over the kids. My kid got flipped by older kids of the same family. I had to go talk to their parents about the rules this place posted on the side of the trampoline.I even had to ask the employee if I should say something or is she... and she decided to go say something because 6-8 parents saw what happened and nodded their heads staring at the employee. If you can't enforce your rules, why have them? This place is not good for kids. More so for teens without rules. I don't recommend it

Great prices, especially for food. Clean, super nice staff, etc. We took our boys and they're having a blast with dodgeball, tag, doing flips, etc.

I had a birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon and all had fun. Booking online was easy, they called me a week before to talk live and confirm details, and a checklist of what to do was provided upon booking. Pizza, nuggets, lemonade and fruit punch were liked, and they were fine with outside food coming in as long as they didn't offer a similar product on the premises. Our hostess was attentive, thoughtful, communicative, and proactive. She told me in advance when she was going on break, suggested we get some drinks in the room because inevitably some child will forget a water bottle (yep), and she was great about serving the food and the cake we brought. They had navy blue tablecloths already set on the tables and they do provide the cake serving knife. You do need to bring extra plates and napkins for adults.Everything was very clean and the staff was on top of monitoring safety hazards from the jumping. Some kids who got tired of jumping really enjoyed the video games, so there was something for everyone. One safety hazard was the slippery floor in the dining area, and that the dining area was raised by maybe 4-5 inches. This created tripping and slipping hazards, and one child fell pretty hard on his arm. Upon us reporting this, they put a caution sign in the area to prevent more accidents. This was not a good design; it is unclear what purpose the raised dining area serves. A few other hiccups we experienced- not all the waivers were recorded so that took more time to process. I actually saw waiver confirmations from parents and they weren't in the system. Additionally, I had to sign a receipt and when they handed me one they didn't ask for a signature. I had already left when they called to have me sign. They were super apologetic- really not a big deal. It also gave me an opportunity to notice that a couple of the food items I canceled were charged and they refunded me without any issue. Again, these were hiccups and overall this was a good experience. This was a very easy and straightforward party- full service. I would definitely recommend!

We experienced a bullying incident where a teenager was deliberately and repeatedly pushing around and knocking down my 4yo son. I brought it to the attention of the staff member supervising that area, who did nothing because he didn't personally see it and the bully denied it. All we could do was move my son to the boring toddler area off limits to him.To her credit, the general manager did follow up my survey response and seemed to take the complaint seriously, however we were very disappointed that if she could even identify the teenager, she was still only willing to ban him for just 3 months. Either way, it was too little too late. My son is now afraid to go to any trampoline park for the foreseeable future, and we were forced to abandon plans to host his 5th birthday party there.
