Scammed by 20$, wall chargers they sell don’t even work for USB-C which is the only reason I bought them. “High speed” charging but only 5Volts and 3 amps. A total rip-off.Bought an Apple Watch at best Best Buy but it later closed at 9PM so this was the closest spot with what I needed. 4 hours later and nothing to show for it on a charge and it can’t even charge regular USB-to-lightning port for my phone either. Will be disputing the purchase with my bank for a product that doesn’t work.

I walk in I microwave my hot pockets. 10 min later employee walks up to me and says no more after this and then says it looks like I'm hiding something. I leave but come back because that was rude of him to say. I ask him what I did wrong and he tells me to leave. I ask him if theirs a time limit for the microwave. no response. I ask him if he thought I stole something he just tells me to leave again. I throw my receipt on the counter from a different store I went to earlier look I didn't steal. keeps telling me to leave . coworker chimes in and says basically don't start problems or we'll hurt you. so you make a customer feel uncomfortable. don't fully explain yourself. won't listen to anything the customer has to say . and don't apologize when proven that you where wrong and then a coworker threatens me when you where both wrong. customer service isn't for either of you and you made me not want to eat my dinner. You couldve just apologized and I would've considered it a job well done . if it gets to the point where your threatening a customer when their just explaining how you insulted them you should so something else that doesn't involve human interaction you don't deserve to stand behind a counter and speak without thinking. have a had a lot of problems from this gas station all unjust. such an easy job I've worked at a gas station before cashier how do you meas

Amazed by how rude the young man was last night (Wednesday, 9/28) around 8 o'clock. Big chip on his shoulder. Had to wonder whether he's racist or perhaps just treats everybody with equally disdain. Not good PR for this place at all!

Really bad customer service I worked at a gas station in Carlsbad and it was a shell/speedway then got bought by Jackson foods so I was talking to the guy behind the register about it to see if it's a speedway I told him I worked at a gas station but I recently got a new job and he kept going on and on hating on this new job I got like would not shut up about it that's not how you treat customers so I will never stop there ever again the employees hate on there customers.

Went in at 4:30 in the morning to buy a couple packs of cigarettes and a soda. I go in every other day and the person that was working didn't put the cigarettes on the counter's holding them treating me like I'm a thief like I'm going to grab those cigarettes and run out the store. Not how I want to treated on my way to work. The employee said that has happened to him, I don't appreciate being treated like a theft. I will not spend my money there anymore.

This place should be shut down and the owners fined. Going to this gas station feels like leaving California to a much cheaper state just so you can still pay California gas prices. What a f*cking joke.

Terrible management. The car wash was not working and was only washing cars halfway before stopping. I called them to say there was an alert that it was out of service. The assistant manager was very rude. She came out Yelling. Saying she would help the car behind me but it seemed she was accusing me of breaking the machine and I had not even received the car wash yet I was waiting at the entrance. I went inside and the kind attendant gave me my money back. Horrible experience and waste of 30 min of my time. I would avoid this place. The manager needs better training for how to cope w customers. I went right after to the shell on el Norte and their car wash was great. No problem.

Came for a car wash,my car didn’t dry and went inside and corrected the issue. Their customer service is good.

Carwash is Terrible , is Dirty . It's terribly maintain . There's barrels inside . I've never seen that in a car wash and the Air dyer , sucks , there's something blocking you while it air drys , only the front of the car dries . Definitely want my $10 back . Once I was in I wasn't able to back out , since there was a car behind me . I will insert a video .

Carwash sucks, paid $8 for just water had almost no soap dispensed and air dryer sucks too!!! Save your coins and avoid this "carwash"
