It's so slow. I watched a 90 minute movie and it lost connection five times. Don't even try playing video games, you will lag off the map. Seriously considering a different company

Internet can’t even watch Netflix or play games at all. Can never get anyone on the phone to pay bill or get tech support. When I ask about the internet speed they tell me it’s my end not theirs that I should call the support line.

Terrible internet. Every night around 7-8pm they kill the internet and scale it back. They swear they don’t, but I get about 25-30mbps during the day and it drops to below 10 every single night. At 3.7mbps (see attached photo) we can’t even watch Netflix
