I’m at a loss for words as I’m writing this. I felt compelled to go out of my way to post this review, in light of how poorly I was treated by Rubber Stamp Champ, in particular their Employee “Diana”. – I first reached out to this Online Stamp Company a few weeks back and I believe I spoke with the owner. The owner was extremely kind and patient and assured me that I would be able to order a Custom Date Stamper with the Date in Military Format. After my usual back and forth, I finally placed my order only to be contacted by “Diana” the following day who told me that “Military Date Format” was not possible. I found “Diana” to be extremely unhelpful, unknowledgeable and overall rude. Ironically, I received a call today, 9 October 2024; It was “Diana” who “Reluctantly” told me that my order was available in the Military Date Format. No Apologies – Just her typical / baseline rude/nasty demeanor. Must be a California thang? I don’t know how to make this up. After doing a bit of research, I stumbled upon another Online Stamp Company – Stamp Connection; The Gentleman who answer the phone was pleasant, polite, accommodating and advised me that my request – “Military Date Format” – was no issue. Why am I taking the time to write this? – The Customer should not be subjected to poor customer service. Not cool! – I hope the owner, the initial person who I spoke with, is reading my review. Avoid doing business. I will be checking in with my Credit Card Company to ensure that the refund I was promised is processed. The entire experience was absolutely disgraceful!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Had my own file for a custom 2.5" stamp that would not even load properly or add top the cart when added to the purchase item. They claimed it worked over the phone and I had to do that, if you have seen their website you know that this is not an easy challenge lol! Even after all of that their software somehow added an extra inch to my file and they were incapable of fitting it to the stamp size. When I tried to call back after an voicemail they left, guess what??? Ohh that number can't be called back! Found their customer support number and called that and that's where the complete lack of professionalism and incredibly rude attitudes really started with the Carols and the Maggies. Can't look a person up. Don't know who called whom. Can't do anything about the file except claim that I sized it wrong or sent the wrong file, as they are saying this I am looking at the file with everything correct. I was genuinely stunned to experience a service like this in 2024, absolutely everything is sooooo out of date that their business is practically crippled by it. Go somewhere else, plenty of other custom stamp out there :)

I'm very happy with the stamp I purchased. The image quality is great and customer service was very responsive and helpful. This was the first pre-inked stamp I've ordered, so I appreciate the excellent service I received. Thank you !

I had an old MaxLight rubber stamp for the back of my checks, but can't use it anymore due to my name change from marriage. I did a quick online search for MaxLight stamps and found Rubber Stamp Champ. I saw good reviews so I thought I would see how their online ordering was. I ordered a MaxLight XL 75 pre-inked stamp for my bank deposits. The price is fair, $30 plus $8 USPS First Class shipping. I always liked MaxLight stamps as they are very high quality and last a long time. Super fast and simple ordering process. The online ordering and PDF proof is very easy to do, and you receive an instant proof you can download. I did not even need to contact their customer service, that is how easy it was. I love how you can customize the design on Rubber Stamp Champ's site with different fonts and ink colors. My order arrived in less than 8 business days, and I was very pleased with the quality of the product.

An artist digitally designed my address stamp and used this company to make the stamp. The stamp details were slightly off. However, after the artist reached out to the company, they responded immediately and corrected the issue. I was so impressed by their customer service that I asked the artist for this company’s name as I felt they deserved a 5 star review for the great customer service! I received my new stamp in a few days.

I appreciate everyone’s review, but at least you received something. I ordered a stamp that cost me 19.99 and $47.04 for 3 day “USP” shipping. The only thing I received was an open envelope with no product. I called and had to reorder, nicely I didn’t have to pay for the product but had to once again pay $50+ for this time “UPS” shipping instead. As of this date, no product, not even an email for an update and it’s been well over a month. I tried calling and I get directed to a voice mail that is full. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I just couldn’t walk away and say nothing. Thanks for wasting my $$ and time. I’ll go elsewhere. Not worth the one star review

Stamp was made incorrectly. Added extra spaces after the @ sign. The stamp is crooked. When called, customer service was rude.Response : Are you now calling me a liar? Looks like spaces to me.

These guys are amazing! I have used them several times and the products were always excellent. Recently, I designed a stamp poorly, not knowing that the design wouldn't work correctly. Rubber Stamp Champ customer service described the problem, guided me through fixing the stamp, refunded the difference when smaller stamps were needed, and were generally just incredibly helpful. Can not recommend highly enough!!
