Very disrespectful employees,I asked if they had umbrellas in stock, the reply was "I'm not sure go look over there ". Then continued to have a personal conversation with a customer.The store was extremely low in all stock, as if they are closing for business.

This Ross somewhat survived the holidays shopping apocalypse, all of their stuffs were the same from last year hauling, no restock at all, found some random tools and Under Armor backpacks that worth my time, the rest of the toys are just peg warmers, stuffs that nobody wanted to buy, just sitting there forever, waiting to get marked down to $1. I wish they will restock soon, even for clothings, nothing new to buy :(

Both staff members I encountered were complete robots, rude, and no wonder they are hiring. Please teach "customer service" basics to these people. I wanted to almost just leave the merchandise and walk out and give my business to another store.

There is helpful and attentive staff while there are also staff who pay more attention to each other and completely ignore the customer- just having laughs and talking amongst themselves and not acknowledging the person in front of them. Some will kindly wrap the glass items, one gal who regularly works herejust throws them in the bag.
