This is the nicest Petco I’ve been too. I came in multiple times this past week. The cashiers were both male and super sweet! They even helped refer me to k9 kanes resuce. This place was well staffed, and stocked!

I’m so disappointed and CANT WAIT to have my girls original groomer back ! So ANDREA P did my cocker spaniels cut her vibes were ok to begin with so I left at ease but when I got my dog back her right ear has a deep cut and two of her toenails were cut too short she had dried blood on her left paw and I noticed this when I got home I never check but since it was a new groomer I checked & I found these nips & cuts on my dog and not once did she address this to me she avoided me as I went in & someone else checked me out I thought that was weird but finding all these cuts at home I now understand why she didn’t approach me. She now is licking her paws non stop she shaved her down too much in certain areas where I can see her skin and it looks irritated. I’m upset and it makes me nervous having to take her again I really hope Courtnie comes back soon ?

Had a grooming appointment for 2 months. Person checking me in made me wait for a walk-in customer. A WALK-IN! Then after I waited I asked if Petco was double booked, she said yes. Then told me the dog grooming would take 5 hrs! Wait, what?! The point of scheduling in advance is to have the ability to plan appropriately. I raised my concern to the person checking me in, but she didn't care. Um, ok. Might not be her fault really. Probably blame Petco for allowing this nonsense. I literally pay a monthly fee for their services. I scheduled way in advance, I use their vet service, too. I probably need to rethink my relationship with Petco.

Not autism friendly
Took my four-year-old autistic daughter to see some fishes ended up getting asked to leave the store because she was stimming and she tapped the tank once!! I get the it could scare the fish, but have some grace for autistic children and autistic people in general.
Do better Petco.

Music is so loud in the store I can't remember what I needed to buy. My dog was scared to death because the music was so loud. Time to replace management. Not to mention this is animal crulity. Animals have sensitive ears.
