I was gonna go 1 star, but they did hold on to my truck while I worked and saved up to pay for the work (took about a year). While Aaron was very courteous, his politeness doesn't make up for the sketchy work done. After rebuilding the engine, somewhere around $6000 later (I'm positive I was overcharged), it still wasn't passing smog. They kept it for another afternoon and miraculously produced a cert. I thought everything was good until I took it in for the next smog and it didn't pass. Turns out the check engine light bulb was either removed or disconnected, as well as a plethora of issues under the hood which basically tells me it was carelessly put together. Just good enough to run. So I spend another $1000 at another mechanic to resolve these issues. Do not trust this shop.

Paolo has been keeping our multi vehicle family happy for decades. It's a small, very personalized auto repair shop that has handled everything from the routine oil change to esoteric console computer glitches! He's what all dealer shops should be.
