“I took a can of emerald urethane paint to the store to get another can so it will be an exact match to finish my kitchen cabinet. The old can was a 1751 base. The new one I received was a 2751 base and had a different color formula. When I asked why a different color formula, the counter person said it was a different base so she had to change the color formula. When I got home and did some research, I learned the 2751 base is a hide white base and not a white base that as a 1751 code. Is the 2751 base the same sheen and non yellowing characteristics of a 1751 base? I didn’t like changing products midway in a customer project. Thx. B”

“So we need us a gallon of touch-up paint for our place in Del Mar. We took an old paint can sample into the store and the three guys there were very polite and prompt and helping us. They did an excellent job at getting our paint matched and mixed up and we bought supplies that were very reasonably priced. Thomas and Nathan were very good to us. I would use the store again.”

“Follow up from yesterday. Stopped in again this morning and spoke to the manager, Nick, about yesterday's experience. He was apologetic and asked how he could remedy the situation. Long story short, Nick went beyond the call of duty and restored my faith in this store. Thank you!Just stood in the store looking at paint sprayers for 15 minutes. Three people behind the counter with no customers in the store. No one said a word to me until I was practically out the door. Along with me went a $1500 order for a new sprayer and a mess of paint. Oh well. Heading over to the Home Depot.”
