The staff was very friendly and made her first visit a good one. The Dr was great and the vet assistants that gave her her shots were sweet and helped keep her calm. I would definitely recommend this vet office. Thank you!

I took my beloved boy buddy for care here and may I just say they are the best, the love and compassion they have for what they do is amazing. Unfortunately my beloved boy passed away the 5th of May and I had called the vet to let them know. Couple weeks later we received a beautiful letter addressed to our family in condolences for our sweet boy. Thank you so much for everything you guys did for my sweet boy❤️?

This review is LONG overdue! If I could give Dr. Choi 10 stars, I absolutely would!! My Pomeranians have been diagnosed with Cushing's disease, heart issues, and have received annual dental cleanings here for over 8 years. My dogs always get compliments on how great their teeth are for being seniors :) Finding a competitively priced vet that doesn't upsell and is reputable isn't easy! In addition, parking is always a breeze because it has a large parking lot. I wish I lived closer, but I'll drive 30+ minutes to go here. Yes, it's worth it. Thank you Dr. Choi and team for always taking care of our fur babies!

Selfish, rude, and dismissive…82 degrees outside at noon and front desk asked us to wait outside with no one in waiting room…20 min wait in exam room doctor has an accent and was quite difficult to understand with mask on….outlandish upsale. I asked about antibiotics and why three different types same front desk woman (short, blonde, glasses, attitude) gave an audible sigh and asked if I wanted to decline, I asked again why three and she asked again do you want to decline. I finally just asked for someone else to help me. Will not return.

I finally just asked for someone else to help me. Then they tried pulling my dog to the back before their initial $800 quote was signed for. The Vet Tech from the back (super helpful) finally answered my questions and I got out there for significantly less than what was initially quoted. Will not return. I would suggest if the front desk is unhappy in their current position or just generally leans toward antisocial behavior that they are placed in the annex or maybe seek other employment.
