I have had a business account with Bank of America for 10 years as a preferred member and the manager here did his best to talk down to me and be condescending. He looked for reasons not to help me instead of looking for a reason to help me. He spoke over me, gave me attitude and denied me service, once I brought up some facts which he should've found by doing his due diligence I was able to deposit my check but only after receiving further condescending statements. Do not go to this branch. Jose Ledesma is the person I dealt with and his attitude no doubt leaches into the rest of the team.

Bank is nice and clean! Unfortunately way understaffed (some departments) only two tellers and there is always a long line, so if your going on. Your lunch time don't even chance it (my lunch break was at 1:15pm was late getting back to my work without eating my lunch ) . The business account section/New account section always seem to have more than enough staff working in that section, sometimes I notice that they're just sitting there at their desk doing nothing when they could just get up really quick, help the tellers and then go back to their desk they were also trained at one time to be tellers . Unfortunately poor management!

I went there broad daylight on a Saturday afternoon and wanted to look into getting a credit card and how to open a business checking. They mentioned a 1-1.5 hour wait. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. The lady guided me and was bery helpful

Lines were backed up 25 minute wait and only 2 cashiers! After waiting in line I was bounced to another line!

Managers are incompetent. Abel and Jose Ledesma couldn't properly help a business owner deposit his check nor own up to them misinforming me. First bad experience with Bank of America hopefully their superiors read through these reviews. Complete trash customer service skills. Not a happy client.

Literally burn this place down. How are they going to make us wait in a line that almost goes out the door? The managers think they have such a good impact walking around with their tablets, telling people where to stand from how long the line is.

Incredibly slow service is the norm. Managers walk the line pretty consistently to see if they can "help" but all of the services I and most of my fellow customers need requires teller service. They clearly don't care and deserve every poor rating they get.

I would give zero stars if I could! I've been to some bad branches before but this is by far the worst. Only BOA open in north county and they only have 1 TELLER WORKING!!! Are you kidding me? Wait in line over an hour just to withdraw my own money what a shame. I'll be switching banks, no more BOA for me.

Long line at lunch time on a Friday. One teller to help all, one teller wrapped up with business account who brought in 500 ones and a huge bag of change. Manager walks around looking official. Staff it better!!!!!! Stop managing and hop in to help your poor tellers!! Can't be the first Friday like this. Quite basic really. 3 desks staffed for banking business. Oh look, another lady back with tellers, doing more supervising from a desk. Jeez. Line to door and people leaving.

Wow. This place is absolutely horrible. I have been 3 times now and each time the service was worse than the last time. Please avoid this bank at all costs. Do anything you can to choose another bank as I don't think that this is exclusive to this branch but to all BOA's now

I went to the one on Twin Oaks and they were not able to help me due lack of people and time. So they sent me to a different branch and I decided to come here to Rancho St Fe. Well, big mistake again. the wait was 45-60+ min if the appointments didn't show up. They were not really helpful or even show they care about costumers. So I decided to call to Escondido branch and gave me an appointment right away and with a great costumer service. I was tired and really upset been driving to different branches for help and nothing. Thank you Escondido Branch in Escondido Blvd and 2nd Ave. They rock and they offered me the help that other places refused to offered me and with a great costumer service. I was already thinking switching banks for the past experiences. But I will give it another try. Txs to escondido branch.

Terrible customer service and very slow. I went in on a Friday afternoon and of course I expected it to be busy but apparently they didn't get the memo. There was only two tellers working to serve a line of over 10 people. When I turned around there were 5 other employees behind desks doing not but looking at their phones waiting for the day to be over.

I feel ripped off by this bank.....I was charged $8.00 to cash a check written on a B of A account because I dont have an account with them. I have never written a review before, but I think everyone should be aware of this.....I will never again accept a check from anyone written on a Bank of America account. The teller said it is their policy to charge $8.00 to cash any of their checks in the amount of $50.00 or more.
