MOR customer service is terrible. All communication is done via text, super frustrating!! We received the first delivery and the couch was clearly USED!!! It had hair, crumbs and we found an old remote control in the couch! This was replaced 2 weeks later with the couch in the photos, yes it's 3 different colors. We are still waiting for this to be replaced as they keep changing the delivery date saying they don't have a truck coming to my area! Do yourself a favor and go to Jerome's! (Update) over the past 45 days they brought out 2 different couches that were both clearly different colors. We finally received a call from their GM and they agreed to return and refund our purchase. If you want used couches this is your place to go! We just left Jerome's and spent $1,800 less on a similar living room set!

Beware purchasing extended warranties. Purchased an electric "fireplace" less than a year ago, along with the extended warranty. The remote stopped working. Contacted Mor customer service and was told to contact the manufacturer. I did that. To no avail. Contacted Mor again and asked if they could file this under a warranty claim. Nope. Unwilling to help. I must go through the manufacturer. What good is having a warranty if it can't be utilized? Pretty disappointed in the "lack of" customer service department.

Other than the one time an employee yelled at my 3yo saying in an angry tone "Don't touch my balloons!!" (they weren't her balloons; they were on display), we've had a lot of success here. The couches we've bought have been good quality and the warranty service we purchased was used with ease each time. Because of this I 100% recommend the furniture protection plan. The sales people don't bug you too much and give you space. Unfortunately, the goodies aren't always available, so keep that in mind.

Don't trust the sales people. They flat out lie to you with horrible prices. They tried to sell me a couch for $3000 when the online price was $2000 at the same store. Then they said they would match that price, but came back at 2600 saying 600 was taxes... you don't pay $600 in taxes on a $2000 purchase I purchased online for 2150 out the door. Sales people are also very rude, pushy, and aggressive. One even accused us of only coming in for the free popcorn and drinks.

Will update after getting couch, but we have been looking for months for a good couch. Everything was too expensive, to short, to stiff, no arm rests, ect. We found a great couch here that checked almost every single box. Jeff was very helpful in letting us know we could customize it how we needed it.

Great current looking options at affordable prices. I had a great experience w Jeff as my sales person; genuinely friendly and had my best interest in mind, no agenda of his own. I went in real quick for an online to in person look see and was on a hurry so I returned the following day to make the purchase. I decided on a completely different piece!I haven’t always had a great sales experience at Mor San Marcos or the other nearby places, but the showroom is consistent.

Jeff Sturm was awesome! He was friendly, informative, and knew when to give us a little space. We had gone to 7 stores looking for a sectional and finally found it at Mor, and it was the best price as well! I will definitely come back the next time I need furniture. Very positive experience.

John is an amazing helpful person. I fought for an exchange for my bedroom dressers because they were damaging day by day I did a claim and nobody did anything about it I did everything in my hands for someone to help me out to re exchange my bedroom dressers, until John came to resolve my problem that I was having and he said yess!! I can exchange for a different one and it was done! Thanks to him, I appreciate his customer service. And thanks to Karen for helping us out as well and discussing the situation to him. I’m happy now that I was able to re exchange my whole bedroom dressers.

Odd place to visit they had popcorn and fountain drinks for when you enter. We were looking for a sleeper couch and when we left we took a bag of popcorn to go. Everyone that entered ran for the popcorn pretty weird. Not large enough or great choices of dining chairs or couches.

Great experience with the San Marcos store andour Sales rep, Jeffrey Strum. He explained the process and was able to get us our product a few weeks earlier. As well as he helped us save a few bucks with identifying a sale. I would recommend this store to others and to ask for Jeff.
