Honest & friendly!!! I have been lied to and overcharged as a young female getting work on my car at every other mechanic but then we found Mission Auto Repair! They are upfront and really try to squeeze in your repair asap. I will continue to be a loyal customer and thankful for all they do!

I have found an honest go-to mechanic. Richard is a courteous professional and he takes the time to be thorough and effective, and to help you know what your repair or maintenance will entail. I went there for a leak from 1999 toyota camry. The owner of the Shop Mr. Hargrove tell me they fix leak same week the car still leaking ( Owner said front timing cover leak oil leaking from camshaft seal...cost 589.95 still leaking) I take car back several times. The Owner have the mechanic run dye thru oil (this is not the first time doing this). Then on 03-28-2024 the owner tells me the oil leak from power steering pump and return line. I tell the owner the car is not leak from power steering side he tell me its following a line over an leaking on the left side. The shop puts in the new power steering ( I picked up the car still leaking). Cost of repairs 661.49.
I take car back Owner of shop have he's mechanic run dye thru car again an tell me its deal where transmission and engine comes together at. Owner then tells me you don't wont to know how much that cost. Then the owner have he's mechanic do (what they had done before put stop leak in oil to try stoping the leak.) and leak has not stop. Total rip me off....of alot of money.

This is the best mechanic shop in town! My Toyota RAV4 stopped in the road twice and when I brought it in, Richard and his team diagnosed my car within the hour. As a woman, I’ve had mechanics try to rip me off. However, this was not my experience here. Richard told me exactly what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to repair upfront before doing any work. The charges were for the repair period. Richard also called me throughout the whole process to update me. I just learned my co worker that her and her entire family come to get their cars serviced here too if that doesn’t tell you more. He really came off like a concerned uncle to me and I appreciate his team working to get my car back up and running fine! Thank you Richard and team!

I went to Mission Repair today for the first time today after going to the dealer for years. My sister recommended me this shop. I was highly impressed with the service I received and Richard's honesty. Richard and his employee explained to me in detail what my car need it. I'm staying away from the dealership from now on and taking my car to Mission Auto Repair from now on. Thank you Richard and staff!
