To the owner of this store. It’s a hot day outside. It SHOULD NOT be hotter inside of the store. Treat your employees better. It’s no wonder they look so drained. I will continue to follow up on these poor working conditions.

I was trying to buy a phone and I wanted to know how much I would pay monthly but the young girl hesitated to tell me like she was bothered. She didn't even ask if I needed help I had to beg. Hopefully they hire more nice professional people.

This particular Metro PCS on Rancho Santa Fe should be put out of business, or find someone to replace the hispanic manager that is running it. On four separate occassions, (in a row), this person has treated my friends and me and with such disrepect that I finally had to report her to Corporate. She descriminates, is extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and verbally abusive. I have never been one to come to judgement very quickly because we all have a bad day every once in a while, but this is unacceptable. I have been with Metro now for over 10 years. My experience I suffered through with this representative of Metro has given me serious thoughts of going to another carrier. This store deserves 0 stars. My recommendation for anyone who isn't hispanic is to go to another Metro store at another location to do your business.
