“I switched from a Scripps’ primary care physician to Hardison Medical Group aka Healthtopia. There is a significant difference in service and care between Dr. Hardison and the Scripps’ primary care physicians. I went through four pcp’s at Scripps. With much frustration I asked my insurance company for a list of pcp’s outside of big hospitals. I was given a few names to call. I chose Dr. Hardison because of the positive reviews and the convenience to my home.From my first appointment on, the service has been exceptional! Dr. Hardison listens, follows through, will do the research when in doubt and will help diagnose your symptoms by ordering the extended blood tests that. In addition, she will make the effort to call your insurance company to appeal your case when it has been denied. I can’t say enough about Dr Joy Hardison. I am looking forward to a long doctor patient relationship with her and her medical group.”

“First time today at this location. It was inside a nice medical building, plenty of parking available. Mine is a walk-in which took about 30-45 minutes. The service was excellent. Leslie was very professional on all levels, even though she was busy... and that's what's important, just keeping a great attitude. I appreciate her! She went over the blood tests a couple of times which was good, and she also made sure she had me check that the labeling was correct, which was excellent. Like i said, very professional..”

“Went here for two rounds of gestational diabetes testing. I came right when the office opened and was the only one there.
They have a room with a comfortable recliner, a cot to lay on, and a TV as a place to wait between blood draws. I was made comfortable and checked on frequently.”
“This place is great! I had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 8:00am. Got to the location about 10 minutes early and they took me right back. Super quick and easy! I’ll be back here if I need more labs.”
“The staff is amazing. Yes, often understaffed (as previous comments have mentioned), but that’s not the employees’ fault.
And everyone complaining about long waits.. get there at 6:50am. Before they open. Expect to wait, but usually it’s not that bad. If you don’t want to wait two weeks for an appointment, just walk in. Staff is quick and efficient and extremely professional.

If you would prefer to be susceptible to false positives the visit a practice that uses a point of care cup or a lab Corp or Quest that uses immunoassay testing before definitive testing .”

“Easy to make an appt. Called me pretty close to my appt time with tons of people in waiting room. Phlebotomist was one of the best I’ve had. I’ve had a lot of blood work. Her name was Alicia. Ask for her. She took about 8 viles and I barely felt a thing.”
“Tim, my phlebotomist, was top-notch! He was very personable, caring & performed my blood draw with incredible skill (which honestly doesn't happen very often). My husband also had the pleasure of having Tim do some blood draws not too long ago: he was very impressed, which is high praise since he was a 25+ yr. Orthopedic PA.

Not only has it gone through a refresh and remodel but Sam, the very kind lady working the front desk who also took my blood was fantastic! Very kind and very quick. From walking in the front door to walking out, I was probably only there for 7 minutes. Great experience.”
