Legacy Flooring is my go-to flooring company!!! I have used them for over 5 properties/projects and every time they have been exceptional!!! Nathan has a great eye, understanding of the products and what the goal is, as well as the other staff. They are quick to get your space measured and estimates in hand. They are quick, thoughtful and great with install. I regularly refer my clients to them and use them for myself and family.

We wanted to redo the floors in our entire home and Legacy has been a huge help. We were able to find the exact tile we wanted and it was super quick and easy to get everything measured and ordered. We split our install into 3 phases and Nathan and the team at Legacy were very flexible and accommodating. The installs have gone smoothly and everyone we’ve talked with has been very responsive and transparent. I trust and would recommend Legacy Flooring to anyone.

We had a small project that we wanted completed at our house. My wife stopped by Legacy Floorings Showroom and was helped by Nathan and his father. You would of thought we were redoing our complete homes flooring they way they treated us. Nathan was prompt with his site visit the crew was prompt did a fine job. Nathan took his time with us and we really felt like he was looking out for our best interest. Thanks Guys floor looks great

Super disappointing. The owner came out to come take measurements and he said he was going to give us a bid a few days later and to go pick out which flooring we like. We went to the store in Encinitas picked out a few floorings, took them for samples, and when I dropped them back I again asked for the bid as he had not given us one yet in over a week. He then said he will work on it right away and get back to me. Another few weeks go by, my mom calls and asks for the bid - again, promised us he would get us one immediately. NEVER HEARD BACK! We have a huge house too. Wasted over a months time just waiting to hear back from him. Do not recommend dong business with someone who could care less about keeping their word before the work even begins and wasted our time going to the stores several times looking at different flooring and picking and dropping off. Found another company that got us a bid 24 hours later.

Outstanding! We recently redid our whole house flooring with LVP and carpet. Patrick and his son Nathan were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The installers were 5 star as well, every detail taken care of. If you need new flooring, do not hesitate to use Legacy! Thanks again!

Patrick and his team at Legacy flooring was great. I came to him initially looking for help installing wood floors on our staircase. We had an installer commit to handing our installation, but he disappeared after keeping us waiting for a few months. I finally lost patience with him, and after reading other great Legacy Flooring reviews, I drove over to their showroom.Patrick took one look at the picture of what we were trying to do with the staircase install, and said "I wouldn't touch that installation". This seems like a negative reaction, but it was the most honest one I had gotten. The multiple spindles on the staircase was the problem, and Patrick explained that in his many many years in the business he knew that this type of install was extremely expensive, and the quality of the outcome would be uncertain. He explained that I could basically have the stairs AND the entire top floor carpeted for the same price as trying to get the stairs redone in wood. I was sold!Patrick's installers were on time, respectful, efficient and nice. We love our new carpet and are glad we went to Legacy.

We hired Legacy Flooring to replace our wood floors after water damage. I can't say enough about their great service, professionalism, beautiful work, promptness, etc., etc. We are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

Great workmanship and customer service. We just had floors installed they turned out beautifully! We worked with Danny who guided us through the process and was so patient with my indecisiveness. They were able to work with our installation changes when other parts of construction had delays. But, the product and installation really was beyond our expectations.

We loved the experience from beginning to end. Patti was great with giving us all the options we had. They have a large selection. The installer, Edgar and his crew were great. They were very quick and did an excellent job. Highly recommend their work.

We had an immediate need to replace our wood floors and after visiting three stores were beginning to resign ourselves to settle for one option that would work was a bit boring We then went into Legacy and within 10 minutes the owner pulled out the perfect sample and worked with our contracts to get it in inventory. Danny was super easy going and flexible to work with when picking out tile for an upstairs bathroom. The installation took two days and it's great work. Pricing of floor and labor was very reasonable. My family feels lucky to have found an honest company for flooring needs. Looking forward to continuing the relationship with Legacy for an additional bathroom after we get it painted.
