Best grooming experience!! John did exactly as we asked. Both dogs look beautiful. The cut is sooth, very professional. He quoted a certain time and cost and both were right on point. The shop was clean and has a ver zen vibe. John is pleasant and positive. Overall wonderful experience.

My dog has not stopped crying and rubbing his butt on the floor ever since I had him groomed here. Something awful happened since his grooming. I have to give him pain pills and numerous lotions and creams fir itching and pain on his anus. Definitely will not be returning!

Sasha was in desperate need of a haircut, and our go-to groomer, Shear Magic in Pleasanton CA, wasn't an option in the San Marcos CA area. After some research, we decided to give John Kedroff's Signature Grooming a shot. To our delight, we discovered exactly what we were seeking. Sasha's puppy cut was impeccably clean and beautifully done - it was perfect! John's grooming skills were truly impressive, and Sasha was surprisingly well-behaved and comfortable throughout the entire process. We even captured some before and after photos to showcase the fantastic transformation. Needless to say, we'll definitely be returning for future appointments. Thanks, John!

I had my first experience with John Kedroff's Puppy Cuts in San Marcos. I will definitely go back. First of all, it's like a boutique dog groomer without boutique prices. There are no kennels full of barking dogs. There are only a few dogs at a time in the studio, so the whole experience is calm and quiet. At most groomers they simply whisk your dog away. John took time to let my dog sniff him and get acquainted. Grooming is not her favorite thing, but John's approach was calm and reassuring and she did great with him. He also cut her just the way I asked. Booking was easy with no insane three week waiting time. The price was quite reasonable and industry standard. I would absolutely recommend John to anyone for their dog grooming needs.

I love this guy. You can tell just by how he treats his own that he is true dog lover, and this is not just a job. NO CAGES! Need I say more? Oh, he does exquisite work.

I moved here a year ago and with each grooming my little Shih Tzu looked worse and worse. Today, John groomed him and I had forgotten his beautiful he is. He has never looked better. Thanks John.

We’ve been taking Chico to John for about a year and a half and John never disappoints! John is affordable and attentive to detail. The best part is that I trust John with Chico, knowing that he won’t be mishandled. Chico comes back home each time looking and smelling so fresh with an adorable bow as the cherry on top! Most importantly, John genuinely cares about your companion and what’s best for them. I’d recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy groomer to go try Johns services!

John is the only groomer in town that my fur baby, Hanz will tolerate. John always makes him look so handsome and we always get compliments on his haircuts! John has been our groomer for years now and we won't go anywhere else!

I always hate leaving my puppies at any groomer but as dog owners, we have to take good care of our pups and they require periodic grooming. So, if you're anything like me... you just have to do your research, find a good match and hope for the best. That's what I did and how I found John Kedroff Signature Pet Grooming. And the outcome was much, much better than I expected. There are SOOO many wonderful things about the whole process at John Kedroff's Signature Grooming but my most favorite thing, is that he made leaving my pups at the groomers much less painful because: 1- I love that there is no hidden room or place to kennel your dogs up that can't be seen. Everything is in the open, you can see your dogs and what's happening. I really appreciate the transparency in that and how clean everything is. It's a welcoming comfy establishment. 2- John was very professional and kind. He took our pups back behind the little gate and showed them love. You can tell that John likes what he does. He asked us questions about what we wanted for our pups and we felt good about his ability to make it happen because of his confidence and input. In setting up the appointment, he was quick to respond, he is efficient and has vision when he sees your pup. I love that! 3- I am super grateful that that he limits the number of dogs he will take at a time so, his attention isn't divided and our dogs aren't overwhelmed with new "friends". 4- His pricing is very reasonable and the final product of his work is impeccable. John gave me an estimated timeframe for when our two pups would be done, couple hours and he was right-on-the-money. I dropped them off and I left went to shops nearby; I drove by periodically to see them through the window. And to my relief, they were happy and healthy. I got a text right when I pulled in (for the timeframe he gave me) and the text said that they were ready. I wasn't in a hurry but loved that they were ready when I got there. Meant to be. The result: FABULOUS! Our puppies nails are better cut/filed then I think they've ever been, the haircut is better than perfect, they smell amazing and to top it off, they came home in bows!! :) I'm so obsessed with how great they look and smell and we just love John for his hard work! Thanks for taking good care of our fur-babies. (See photos because they're the cutest AND because he did a great job !) Oh! And the bather, a sweet woman that worked there as well, was wonderful! When paying, both her and John let me know how my dogs were while there. I love hearing the feedback. :) anyway, great experience, will definitely go back.
