Referred by a neighbor. Immediate service, excellent choices in flooring. I wasn't sure if I wanted laminate or carpet in the guest bedroom. Owner Adam gave me super helpful advice. Small order but I was treated as if it was a big deal. I love my choice in carpet installation was fast and perfect! Highly recommend this family owned business!!

I am a returning customer. This is the second time I went to Holly Home Carpet in search of a new carpet for my family room. As usual, Adam went out of his way to accommodate my needs, from going out of his way to do the measuring, to bending over backward to ensure the carpet arrives in time to install before my company arrives. The installation was thorough and professional, installed by a very hard-working husband and wife team. After a small flood near our kitchen sink, we needed to replace parts of the laminate flooring. Nick and Adam helped find ne a match and Jose and his crew took out the damaged part and replaced with it with the look alike. Great service by all!

My mom, my mom's best friend, me and my sister have used Holly Home for the past 10 years for all our flooring needs, and they are ALWAYS THE BEST. Not only will they amaze you with their fair prices, but their customer service is exceptional. Most recently, my mom had all her old carpet replaced with vinyl plank flooring. My mom is 80 so this was a lot for her, but Adam and his crew at Holly Home made it painless for my mom! They came and worked SO hard, moved all the furniture, then when the floors were done, they moved everything back in place and hooked up everything (computers, phones, TV, etc) so my mom did not have to lift a finger. Her floors look absolute beautiful but knowing I can trust Holly Home is priceless. I will continue to recommend you guys and ADam at Holly Home to all my friends and family in the years to come, and if you need any flooring done whatsoever, you should 100% call them and give them a shot at quoting the job - and I bet you will be thrilled with the result. You guys are simply the best, and I wish all places had the level of passion, quality and customer service that Holly Home gives their customers. THANK YOU ADAM!! And you know, we will be back!!

My parents have worked with this business for decades, and my husband and I also count on them for most of our flooring needs. We've tried walking into Home Depot or Lowe's only to stand around waiting for someone to help us. Holly Home always has knowledgeable staff ready to assist. The quality and variety Holly Home offers far exceeds what we've found elsewhere. We've also been very pleased with their professional installation teams- courteous, clean, and on time. Last summer, we had them put in a wood grain vinyl flooring in our bedrooms that we absolutely love! This week, we're ordering a unique, high quality patterned carpet for our family room. Holly Home makes it an easy process, and I love that we're supporting a local business.

Holly carpets has the best service and carpets in San Diego. We have used them for our home as well as our rentals properties and they do an amazing job with excellent service and pricing. Highly recommend!!
