If you are not concerned with high repair costs and extremely long waiting times to pick up your vehicle, then High Tech Auto Care is definitely the place for you. It cost me $2,500 and took 5 weeks to fix a timing belt on my car!

My car needed a smog check, and I noticed that High Tech Auto was repeatedly recommended in a group on Facebook, on Nextdoor and on Yelp. I was looking for a place a bit more affordable than where I had gone before. High Tech Auto was great. They are very friendly, have a nice, clean waiting room with plenty of chairs which was important to me due to some pain issues, and I had downloaded a $10 off coupon as a first-time customer which they happily accepted. I did try calling to make an appointment a few days ago and left a voicemail, but hadn't heard back. So I drove over today and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes even with others already there. This was a longer drive for me than where I've gone before but definitely worth it.

I absolutely love bringing the company vehicles here. The customer service is consistently awesome. People who actually act like they love what they're doing. Its clean (for a mechanics shop?) , lots of comfortable seats, and they just blaze that A/C! Its 100°f outside right now and I'm chilling. Watching motortrend tv. 10/10

Customer Service: I recently took my 2015 Honda Civic for a smog service. This shop was recommended by a AAA staff. I attempted to make an appointment via the phone, but no one answered which prompted me to go in person. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get my car service on a walk-in which doesn't happen often. My first smog test failed due to an air leak hose being defective. The technicians quoted the part that needed to be replaced and showed me where in my car the defective part was leaking air from. I had my Honda Civic serviced the following week because the part had to be ordered. The part was replaced and second smog test was ran and passed the smog test. The car service took less than an hour and I was in and out of the shop. Quality: Excellent quality service. It has been a week since I drove my car, and I noticed that it runs smoother after part was replaced. Prior to work being done on the Honda Civic the car would halt for a second before taking off. Price: Affordable. Cost of Smog Service Check & Labor Fee : Total $41.75 . I had a $10 discount which was applied on my first service for a total of $31.75. Second Service: Smog Test and Labor on Vehicle total : $117.09. I will definitely come back for a smog service! I forgot to mention their seating area is small but the AC is running cold so you might want to take a sweater if your are going to wait inside.

Recommended to me by my former and current mechanic shop. It is now a drive for me to get there but worth it as they're a reputable shop and honest. It was easy to make an appointment. The shop and bathroom are clean and the waiting room is comfortable. This is a family business passed down to a younger generation which has kept up a high level of customer service.
