“My husband came here to purchase a handgun for me a week or so ago. We both returned here last Sunday to take the Firearm Safety Quiz. I also needed to fill out the paperwork for the background check. There were a lot of people in the hunting/gun area and they were using their "number system". When we were called we told Braden (I think) we needed to take the FSQ and we were told to head to the cashier to pay the initial $15 apiece. I wish we had known this in advance in order to save time. The process took almost 2 hours from start to finish which was surprising as we were not anticipating that. Braden was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If the customer service wasn't great would have definitely left to handle our business elsewhere so thanks to Braden.”
